central location everything right on the doorstop excellent facilities loved the little extras ie shower jel shampoo tea coffee stayed here once before will definitely be booking again

Room very cramped for 3 adults, was more like a double room or twin bed. Double bed was pushed tight against a wall and was over priced

We arrived early so went to Boutique Hotel reception and they looked after our cases for a few hours until we could check in. One of the staff accompanied us to the front door of 46 Stanley Street to make sure we got in ok. The apartment (2A) was very clean when we arrived. It was lovely, very modern and minimalistic. Although there were 5 of us in a one bed apartment it really worked for us. There was plenty of cutlery, dishes in the kitchen, towels and even a welcome back for the kitchen for cleaning up (which I didn't expect). Happy Days were in contact with us via WhatsApp throughout our stay which was great and were quick to answer any questions I asked. After check out they looked after our cases until we headed for our train home. The experience would have been EXCELLENT if it wasn't for the noise ALL NIGHT.

Although we were aware how close we would be to Matthew Street and that it would be a bit noisy, we didn't realise the bars would be playing loud music outside until 4am Friday and Saturday nights, then the barriers were taken down, bottles were emptied into the bins at 4:30am, bin men collected them at 5am, street sweepers arrived at 6am. Needless to say not much sleep was had by the person sleeping on the bed settee . A suggestion would be for that this apartment maybe has some double glazing installed to try and make it a more comfortable sleep. We did miss a full length mirror and some hooks on the backs of the doors for coats and wet towels.

Curtains didnt close properly so the sun comes early in the morning. Music next to the apartment was too loud and till 1:30-2am Bed wasnt comfortable
