Size of appartment excellent with newly fitred bathroom. Comfortable double bed. Single bed mattress not so good. All in all excellent value for money.

Great once we got in an upgraded apartment due to major cock up which was rectified
The lack of key access, once we got key access our no 11 apartment wasn't cleaned, we got moved and upgraded but that was an hour into our extra paid £20 early check in which I've yet to get refunded

The perfect base in Liverpool, very central. Spacious apartment very clean and Nicole was very easy to deal with great communication and polite. I will stay again when I’m back
The lockbox for the key was a bit hard to use I thought.

Perfect location. We've stayed previously, and the staff at reception have always been friendly and helpful. A well presented bathroom and waterfall shower.
In need of urgent renovation. The apartment has been neglected for too long now. Sofa bed rocks as it is unbalanced due to excessive wear and tear. Single bed springs have gone in the mattress. Walls are in need of a fresh lick of paint. Dining table and coffee tables are marked and scratched. The vertical blinds to the bedroom and living room area are missing some sections.
