Well equiped apartment for music lovers and city hoppers

The apartment was well equiped, with modern kitchen facilities, enough towels to shower and blankets to sleep. It's also located close to the biggest higlights of Liverpool and on walking distance from Limestreet, the central station. I think this accomodation was refurbished a few years ago, but intensively used what is normal according to this location right in the middle of the music quarter of Liverpool.

You have to realize there is a lot of noise in this area because of the presence of live music in the bar below and in the surrounding streets. There is less isolation so you hear everything at night. In my case there also were some drunken guys slamming my door at night because they think their friend refused to let them in... Also there is minimal covering for (day-)light so in summertime you are awake at 5 am I think.

Good location

Apartment wasn’t particularly clean we had to clean ourselves before using facilities. Very noisy until early hours adjoining apartments very noisy and unruly until late totally ruined our stay unfortunately so we wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

It is I the central area

So much noise all night long , we couldn't rest and fall asleep for one minute - disco area with drunk people and music loud speaker on the street under the bedroom window. And when music stops, trucks come to deliver beer all night long for the game night. The room doesn't reflect the nice pics in the advertisement. The place wasn't clean,and the locker was half broken. Nightmare experience.

Don’t expect anything special, does the job if your just visiting for a night out

Good location

You do not get the apartment in the picture. Due to the layout of the kitchen the sofa bed did not open properly staff were reluctant to help us. Eventually after they came the sofa bed was moved to the middle of the room meaning the space felt very cramped. The design of the kitchen was terrible as the sink was in a cramped space where only one person could fit at a time and even then it would be tight if you were on the larger side. The sheets were stained in the bedroom with some questionable markings. The floorboards were a trip hazard as they moved so would slide out from under your feet. Only 3 small towels were provided for a booking of 5 people.

Fine could of been worse, could be better

We liked how everything was all easy to access and shops was all close by. Was very handy to get to places fast and for it being such a cheap place it was very good value

The scanner on the door took a while for it to work, we were stood trying to work it out for a good 30 mins. The sofa bed/ sofa was very uncomfortable and old so we avoided sitting on the sofa the entire time… plus the telly was very close to the sofa so that was very difficult. Not enough bowls and cutlery going around that was difficult. Also to mention the photos was 100% different to what we had actually purchased! We didn’t complain as it was cheap and we was there for work so didn’t spend too long in there but still after working 12 hours you’d like to go to the place you’ve booked! We woke up one morning to water dripping profusely onto my book that I had rented and also my partners phone which luckily didn’t cause damage too but my book was soaked and I had to pay for the book which was £24.99 just because of the water dripping from the ceiling. We messaged the company due to this issue and didn’t really get much help back other than them saying they’ll pass the issue on. I’m very displeased and disappointed because of this.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE BOOKING AN ACCOMMODATION.

Nothing.

They asked for credit card details on the phone for a deposit before arrival like scammers do. The form to complete upon arrival did not work. And less than 24h before checking in, they sent me a whatsapp to inform that the apartment I booked was not available anymore and that they allocate me to a new location!!! On top of that the customer service and management has been very rude and unhelpful. I decided not to go since I did not feel safe sharing my credit card details over the phone. They did not refund the booking even when they changed the booking to a new location that was not convenient for my trip. Unbelievable. The worst experience ever. Would not recommend the company to anybody.

Bad night sleep

The kitchen was nice

So incredibly loud, did not sleep until all the venues closed below. We felt like we were in the clubs from our bedroom. The blinds were broken and did not block out any light from the bright street below.

A great location for a short stay

Location really As newbies to Liverpool we wanted somewhere central to all the sights

Apartment was tired and lots of things broken or grubby Has seen lots of parties obviously A few furnishings were damaged when we arrived but we could get past that as only there for a couple of days There was however a leak in the shower room and silverfish The staff were responsive and friendly and sent out inspection crew but sadly we could not change rooms as it was graduation week I happy with how it was dealt with however

Awesome location

The location was amazing,the apartment was beautifully presented with easy entry. Nice views but not as listed of the cavern it was however cavern quarter. Well stocked.

Only issue was the hot water situation in room 10. It never worked however once we rang up it was explained how to work it. So in the bedroom next to the other door nr the bed there's a socket thing on the lower wall it has the word boost on it. So hold it until all the lights light up then you have to wait 45 mins for it to warm up. Tip dont go to bed early as its so loud outside lol. Also the socket in the bedroom behind the little table where the lamp is plugged in is faulty. Air-conditioning not working but portable blower provided

Great stay as always we love Liverpool

Location is brilliant if you want to be right in central Liverpool and can walk to loads of stuff including the station, Liverpool one and the docks. The staff are helpful and apartments are always spotlessly clean and feel comfortable. We were happy to find a hairdryer. You can also use you tube Spotify etc on the tv. There was also spare bedding and towels which is helpful. Tesco and a pharmacy are very close by if needed.

It can be very noisy late at night is quite busy could be better curtains to try block noise and light out maybe. There was no handheld shower in main shower it had been taken out which made showering without washing hair or head hard but no major issue. We did have a couple of people who appeared to be squatting outside the room but security came and removed them when we told the reception. The apartments are generally safe and you can’t access without door keys or code.

Great apartment in city centre

Great apartment in an excellent location in the city centre and only a few mins walk to the train stations. This was the 2nd different apartment I have stayed with Happy days group and both have been great. The full Kitchen is really useful to me when I am here for work, and the sofa in the living room area with tv to chill out. I messaged as left something behind, it has been put aside by the housekeeping team for me to collect next time I visit. Highly recommended 6 out of 5. Will definitely look to book here or through this company again

Location to everything

Room wasn't clean, television did not work properly. Dog in apartment adjacent, never stopped barking. Barked day and night. Last night of stay the people in apartment above us were very noisy. Sounded like their were a football team up their. This went on until 4.30 in the morning. We have stayed here numerous times before, I will definitely not be staying again.

The apartment is a good size but we would not stay here again.

The apartment was a good size for a couple.

When we arrived we found that the shower or toilet was leaking. Dirty towels were found stuffed down the side of the sink along with tissues. The toilet roll holder had been pulled off the wall so it was loose. Blood on the doorway arch and some of the blinds had the rods missing to be able to adjust them. We also found silver fish during the stay in the bathroom. We spoke to a member of staff the day after we arrived to tell them this. We also emailed the property with photos and despite us still having another 5 nights stay there no-one contacted us or came to see us about these issues. We also mentioned it when we were leaving and still no-one seemed interested. We expected some noise as it was by Matthew Street but as the music stopped at about 3am there was then work taking place with workmen starting between 7.30-8am until late in the evening which we were not warned about and it was right under our apartment and then outside our apartment.

We came for cream classical Ibiza on the waterfront - it was an amazing weekend

It was clean and had everything we needed available. It was so central to Mathew street. You literally walk out of the door and you’re in the thick of it. When we arrived there was an issue with our apartment, we went down to number 56 Stanley street and the staff were helpful and sorted the issue.

If you don’t like a full on noisy street then think twice! The water was tepid at best….. but they say a cold shower is good for you 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible customer service

Good location

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Requested an invoice and after numerous emails and calls they refused to issue one. Left a T-shirt by mistake which the housekeeper found, and as told it would be posted to me but never received It. Will not use this complaint any again

Fun City Centre Location

The apartment was really nice and in a really central location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. As you would expect due to the central location it was very noisy at night but this didn’t bother us in the least!

I would have been nice if there was a pint of milk in the fridge for our coffee but that’s only a small suggestion rather than a complaint!
