Central location, walking distance to all bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had 5 rooms booked for a group and we all speak highly of the accommodation.
The only dislike was the safety deposit per head. If it was €100 for the room it would be fair enough.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for two people. We were able to open a window for fresh air. The bathroom was clean and modern. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook simple meals.
Pillows on the bed were a bit flat. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. Very central location to the city but also a very noisy location at night when the music started in the pubs and night clubs. We were there during the week when the pubs closed at a reasonable hour, but I can imagine Friday and Saturday nights would be a lot later.

Perfect location. We've stayed previously, and the staff at reception have always been friendly and helpful. A well presented bathroom and waterfall shower.
In need of urgent renovation. The apartment has been neglected for too long now. Sofa bed rocks as it is unbalanced due to excessive wear and tear. Single bed springs have gone in the mattress. Walls are in need of a fresh lick of paint. Dining table and coffee tables are marked and scratched. The vertical blinds to the bedroom and living room area are missing some sections.
