Convenient location close to everything but wouldn’t stay again

We were moved to a different apartment due to maintenance issues the day before the stay. The location was great and property was warm

The apartment had damage the sofa was tired and had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom had a weird musty smell. The blinds in the bedroom didn’t really do much for light. Damage to the lamp in the bedroom and damage to the counter tops in the kitchen

It’s a good location to stay as it’s in the city centre, and ur like a 4 minute walk to the shopping centre

It was nice inside.

The sofa was so uncomfortable, some plates were quite dirty when we used them.

Fabulous time in Liverpool!

We loved listening to the music of the Cavern Club 3-11 pm each day directly below our apartment, saving money cooking food, using the fridge for our leftovers and Ice Cream, and the washing machine with racks to dry our clothes. The TV was great on the channels we could get, and the internet worked perfectly.

The pillows were strange to us, but we made them work anyway. The extra blanket helped a lot.

Noisy apartment above live music venue

Nice flat with everything you would need for your stay. Would be ideal if it was located in a different (quieter) part of the city.

THE NOISE!! The property is located on one of the noisiest streets in Liverpool and above a venue playing live music until 2am every day. If you’re out partying until the early hours you probably won’t notice it, but if you’re in the property it is impossible to get any sleep until after 2am. Went to the receptionist to complain and to ask if I could be moved. She simply said “Well, that is the apartment you have booked!” And although she said she’d speak to management and get back to me, of course I never heard anything back. WOULD NOT BOOK AGAIN

2 Night Stay for married couple

Beautiful 1 bed apartment with all you could need contained in it. Location was amazing, we had tickets for an event at The Cavern so downstairs and along past Sgt Peppers bar, perfect! Was silly enough to lock ourselves out when we popped out for a takeaway, the gentleman on the hotline came to let us in within minutes, he explained it was best to leave your key in the lock box when you go out. He was lovely. We plan to stay again, thank you 😊

Sgt Pepper's weekend stay

The fully fitted kitchen was excellent, the bathroom was excellent. Loved the decor. The location was fantastic, expect some noise but it wont spoil your stay.

The wifi didnt connect properly and signal repeatedly dropped out. The sofa/sofa bed was uncomfortable. The front door handle appeared to be coming loose.

Entrance halls are discusting. Fire alarms went off twice, bed isn’t comfortable, bathroom plug blocked, cigarette stains on chair and sofa bed. Marks on walls enough shower gel for only one person for one night

Nice apartment and spacious. Great location provided you want to be right in amongst it on the party street. Bathroom and beds are good size.

The apartment stinks of weed. We searched everywhere but couldn't find it, but smelled like it was in the room rather than remnants of someone blazing up in there before. We stayed on a Wednesday evening and Sgt Peppers bar below was caning out the tunes until 2am despite their Google listing saying it shuts at 00:30. So you definitely need to know what you're getting into. We didn't so maybe that could be made clearer on the listing. Bit tatty with broken appliances and smashed sinks etc. probably a bit of a stag do spot so gets run through. But for an overnighter it's fine as long as you are planning to go out till 2-3am.

Great location, great space to stay and the staff were very helpful checking in on us

Beds were very uncomfortable. At 4 am in the morning we had a security guard and drunk person trying to get into our room thinking it was their room so that was a little scary as a woman answering the door but that isn’t the hosts fault.

This is situated right by the cavern club so you can hear the music loud and clear until 1am. It didnt bother us but some people might be bothered by the noise. I felt that I was met with attitude when messaging on the WhatsApp messages. I think there could be an improvement on the customer service/professionalism there

Great location, beautiful flat but you've got love music.

Brilliant location in terms of being close to the tourist sites in Liverpool and the apartment it's self and the Beatles murals were beautiful in the building.

While it wasn't a major issue for us, this apartment building is above a live music bar. There isn't much that can really be done about that, however we were on the first floor so it was like a concert in the front room. Most of the bands were decent and we were able to get to sleep. Though on the first night the band was so terrible and "one more song" was actually 10 more songs. We would happily stay with this company again as the customer service and property was lovely, but we would probably pick a different building. If you are the kind of person who doesn't want to play "guess the mumble" through the floor boards, maybe look at a different property by these guys instead

It was loud. From 11:30 am until 2am it was unbearable. We did not spend the last night there as it was unbearable. A waste of time and money I would like compensation please as I had to spend another 150 quid on another hotel because Sgt Peppers apt just on top of a club. No insulation from the noise and that is appalling. No windows either ; so hot and stuffy!Unless I get some compensation.

Access codes were easy to use. Entry to the apartment was via a lock box system which was very secure. Apartment was well laid out and immaculate. Also like the fact that tea coffee and sugar were provided.

Great location, within walking distance for all attractions, eating out and train station!

I was very surprised to find sticky stains on the kitchen table and worktops.. floors didn’t look clean, hairs in the bath and limited cutlery and dishes if there had been maximum occupancy…. There was a half full bottle of juice on the wall outside the a roll up with a lighter! We had to clean the apartment before we could prepare food! I feel I should say it’s sad that you are paying a cleaning company good money to ensure your properties are clean and fit to stay in and they have let you down!! There is not a chopping board and your worktops are covered in scores!
