Great stay, just very noisy at night

Apartment no 2 was a great size for our party of 8 , two adults & 6 teens. Location was great too, right in the heart of the city centre. It had everything we needed for our 1 night stay, space, utensils and seating. Enough heaters to warm each room and clean.

Windows very draughty, mattresses on sofa beds in living room absolutely disgusting to point myself and my 78 yr old mum slept on the living room floor. Didn’t appreciate security from bar across road reporting my daughter & her friends were alone in property, messing about, complete lie. Also the noise from Victoria street was unbelievable until after 4am for Thursday night/Friday morning. Very very noisy even with the provided ear plugs!!

There were 4 of us staying, the first person got a hot shower but the hot water ran out halfway through the 2nd person's shower, the 3rd and 4th people couldn't have a hot shower at all

Wonderful stay !

Excellent accommodation. Modern apartment with very comfortable beds and, above all, a great location. The host was always attentive to our requests and treated us with kindness. Definitely a great option in Liverpool.

Family Staycation

What we loved about the apartment was its look and feel. The brickwork gave it a beautiful texture, and the exposed beams added a really stylish touch. There was plenty of room for the whole family to stay comfortably. All the facilities were excellent, a great shower room and perfect sleeping arrangements. The location was fantastic, just a two minute walk from Liverpool One, with plenty of attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for our family!

The only downside for us was something we hadn’t realised before booking our apartment. We were on the top floor and there were no lifts available. With luggage and pushchairs it was a bit tricky getting everything up and down. For future stays, we’d definitely book one of the lower-floor apartments.

I personally found this property value for money and would happily stay here again.

Location is excellent as right next to Mathew st and 5-10 minute walk from Lime st station and Albert docks. Bar below is also very good with food and entertainment.

Lots of stairs if you stay on top floor. Didn’t affect my group but could if you have restricted mobility. Old windows in property so doesn’t keep much street noise out but ear plugs are supplied by the hosts.

Great location, lovely apartment, very reasonable price, too noisy.

It was a spacious, clean 2 bedroom, 5 bed apartment. Lovely bathroom, big kitchen and living area. It was very central within a 6 minute walk to Liverpool One bedroom s station.

I liked everything about the apartment except the noise coming from outside. The windows looked like single pane and you could hear everything. My two boys slept fine but I struggled to sleep.

Amazing location, great apartment

We loved the amazing location, surrounded by places to eat and drink, a short walk from Liverpool one, Albert Dock and Matthew Street. We didn't need 1 taxi as able to walk from the station. Apartment very comfortable with very comfortable beds, good living room space. Had most things we needed. Apartment was very clean although a couple of the bed sheets were slightly stained We stayed midweek so it was nice and quiet in the building and not too much street noise. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, not much storage space in the small bedroom so some suitcases ended up in the living room Only 1 toilet/bathroom but lots of mirrors around.

The apartment was roasting, 2 fans provided but these weren't particularly clean nor were they effective so we were all very hot, no through air as none of the windows open.

Great location and great price for a large group of friends

The location is perfect with a large living room and it was nice to have secure codes and an auto locking door meaning our group was able to pop in and out individually without having to share keys etc

The bedrooms are a tad small for 3 beds and with the second bedroom with three adjacent beds, you couldn’t open the door properly as the bed sticks out past the hinge. But this didn’t cause any issues at all, we were just careful when opening the door

Great location, excellent value for money

Fantastic location, very spacious apartment with everything you needed. Considering we had booked for the day of the Springsteen gig at Anfield, when hotels were charging through the nose, it was incredible value for money.

Fine for us, but it is a very busy road day and night so be aware of that if you want a quieter location. Ear plugs are provided!

Not that we didn’t like it, there seemed to be a problem on and off with the drainage when flushing the toilet, it filled up but then took some time to go back down, not handy when there is a group of 6 all trying to use the same toilet

Overall very clean, spacious apartment perfect as a base and bed for a stag party of 10.

The size of the apartment was ample for 10. The location was perfect for a night out, a stones throw from the incredible night life.

One bathroom between 10 meant having to timetable showers etc. The mattress on one of the sofa beds looked a little unsanitary but it was covered by the sheets.

perfect location

location was perfect, group of 10 girls out on the town celebrating a 30th birthday. we had lunch in the bar below which was really good on one of the days and another day breakfast at the slaughter house a few minutes walk away which was delicious. apartment was spacious enough for 10 of us. earplugs for the noise at night was a nice touch and helped, as you expect noise if your in the heart of everything.

we were in room 8 top floor so lots of stairs if you just needed to nip the shop for something, waking up on our first morning half of us had, had showers then the water went off maintenance did come straight out to fix it but took a few hours to get back up and running.

Fabulous, clean, modern, and location top notch!

Exceptional location. We had 2 apartments on a stag weekend. 6 individual bed in each, 3 per bedroom. Very nice living lounge with extra sofa beds if required. Easy entrance. Right around the corner to the cavern area. It was noisy but not unexpected and the beer and earplugs helped! Still had plenty of sleep and "spoons" was round the corner for a nice early fry up! Shout out to Jane who helped with the booking and made the stay and booking process that less stressful.

Only one toilet and shower, didn't cause us too many issues but it may be a consideration for some.
