Central location close to all near by attractions
Apartment needs some maintaining damage to flooring and walls.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Facilities were useful, fridge, dishwasher etc...
The bathroom could be given some TLC and some maintainance. More fans or aircon were required to keep the apartment cool. Had to keep the balcony door open all night to get some airflow moving otherwise it would have been over 30c at night.

It was light
There are lots of maintenance issues, the door to the actual apartment didn’t feel safe, it looked like it had been kicked in. There were pieces of wood just nailed down covering stuff up. No proper lights in the bathroom, big spotlights instead of actual light fixtures
