Please note that due to the very central location of the apartment, some street noise may be audible. As the apartment is on the top floor, you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach it.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

- Lift in the building does not function. As the apartment is on the top floor, you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach it

Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, the apartment has very good transport links and is just a 5 minute walk to James Street train station and a 7 minute walk to Queens Square bus station. Travel to and from my apartment can be done with ease from just about any location across Liverpool. Lime Street station is also just a short walk away.

Please note: this building (Harrington Chambers) does not have a working intercom system. If you need to grant access to additional guests or visitors, you'll need to go downstairs to open the main door manually. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
