Ok stay in a decent sized apartment.

Good sized apartment. Close enough to the city centre and docks to be walkable - even with small children. Clean rooms, plenty of sofa room on the evening, even a few board games. Basics left in the kitchen (oil, tea, water bottles, etc...)

Missing some basic equipment - no toaster or frying pan Area is somewhat deprived - plenty of used mattresses and trolleys around (our 7 y.o. girl suggested a litter pick for our second day!) Apartment has bed space for a family of 5 (like ours), but most other fixtures are for 4 (dining chairs, forks, etc...) Couple of pillows were slightly damp on arrival (clean, think covers were still drying)

The apartment was a good size, very clean and comfortable, parking space was a good size. Good Wifi comfortable beds , good shower.

1 set of keys for 2 guests who were not together all the time made it tricky esp as the gate entry door number 1 was not working. No instructions on how to work the hob or where the bin store was.

Great apartment

The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is in the student quarter and very quiet at night. The parking space was very handy.

The entry instructions were not clear so we found it complicated getting in. The entrance is in Naylor Street not Leeds st. The bath/shower is an accident waiting to happen. It needs an anti slip bath mat and a grab rail. No electrical sockets near a mirror so some extension leads would be useful. Not enough cups or wine glasses for guests.

great flat, with great utilities for a family - washing machine, tumble dryer etc. had everything we needed and conveniently located for exploring Liverpool

Spacious apartment on walking distance from the city.

Spacious, multiple bedrooms, in a proper building with gate around it. Large kitchen. Beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Electrical heating in living room didn’t work, but they resolved this within 2 hours after we messaged. Missing a large frying pan in the kitchen (would be helpful if you want to cook for 5 persons). Bigger table with one more chair would also be great.

main thing secure gated area. Really clean modern apartment. All in all a top flight stay

on ground floor so ideal as I have leg problems. Easy parking in middle forecourt. secure parking - entry with fob

paying via booking dot com bit of a hassle. not sure of that was from their end or the property. kept on being told not paid despite entering card details numerous timed the host Ado was incredibly helpful. a really good help

Wasnt trays to cook in the oven. Mirrors not near sockets No tea towels? Would have found it difficult to do a full breakfast limited cooking utensils
