The location was 2 mins away from Liverpool one, bars and restaurants… the car park saving code was a massive saving….

Only a small thing but the bathroom water was through a Danilo’s system so I was worried that I could have been making too much noise… that said I never heard any other apartments….

I didn't know where to put the garbage and there were no cleaning tools like wet wipes to clean the bathrooms and kitchen floors. No one to contact for extra towels or tiolet paper.

Spacious modern and clean, close to the centre. We arrived at 12.30 and check in was 3pm, but we called them and they came over and stored our luggage, which I thought was excellent service 😀

It was in the perfect location and whenever you had to contact the help desk the staff were always lovely and friendly.

I’ve stayed with The Castle Collection before and chose it again because I’ve always enjoyed my previous visits. This time, however, the noise levels were a bit higher than expected. I completely understand it’s in the city centre, but it was quite lively until around 3 a.m., and then a lorry came by around 6:30 a.m. to collect empty glass bottles, which made it hard to get a full night’s sleep. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant as always.

Best possible location, no car needed to visit all of Liverpool's attractions. Nice clean apartment.

Location was superb, rooms were adequately sized, had all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated having the fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and everything we needed to eat in. The free Wi-Fi along with a discounted rate at the Car Park and a local restaurant were very nice added extras.

Coffee pot was only for a single cup could do with a larger one, no paper goods except for two toilet rolls could have done with a kitchen roll or some napkins/tissues. The noise from the water 'SaniFlow' system was a bit loud and unnerving at first. The carpets needed a good steam clean.
