It was noisy as it’s behind a pub/ restaurant so there was noice until the early hours with recycling etc (not people) and then again first thing with bins etc. compounded by no double glazing and windows which seemed to be open although not- drafty so also cold.

Cheap and cheerful

The apartment was large and warm and no complaints regarding how clean.

Apartment is down an alleyway and construction work was taken place nearby that was noisy. Absolutely no view from apartment and looking at rooftops,. Apartment felt cosy at nighttime when could close curtains and have no view.

The staff were very helpful, very quick with responding to queries. It is extremely close in the city to bar shops and restaurants

Although it is very close to everything, because the entrance is down a lane way and beside the back of restaurants there is constant noise coming through the windows of bottles being thrown out all through the night, extremely noisy, not one night did I have a full sleep

Great location for exploring the city with all the facilities you need but also noisy location.

Very central, great location for walking around the city. Fully equipped with everything you need.

Unfortunately the location also means it’s noisy. The bar at the side has it glass bottle bin right outside so the sound of crashing bottles happens frequently along with general noise. Not really a way around it to be fair although windows aren’t double glazed so that might help a little. Apartment was very warm and cosy though despite the single glazed windows.

Couples getaway

The apartment was big and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment you needed, the bathroom had a good powerful shower in, the room was spacious, everything on TV you needed and the bedroom was fab. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, up a spiral staircase. Check-in was easy lock boxes outside of the main entrance door and the apartment door. Emma was excellent with communication, and the £150 holding has gone back into my account within 2 days of departing.

The noise in the night did wake us, but we were aware of that when booking! Would I stay there again.. YES!

There was a bit of noise from the neighboring restaurants that carried on late into the night, such as clinking of bottles and pouring of ice as they performed cleaning and preparation duties but it was not anything too overly disruptive, just a constant background noise

This was a very clean, warm and well equipped apartment and so close to all amenities. Would book this apartment again before looking at hotels in the area

Could do with some bedside lamps as it meant walking around in the dark trying to find the light switch.

Perfect place for us to stay Very spacious, clean & comfortable, and great facilities available. Very convenient location - close to town, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still quiet and safe area. Would definitely stay again. Check in process simple and secure.

It's a lovely place in a fab location. BUT, take your ear plugs in case of outside noise.

It was enormous, modern and clean and in an excellent location.

Because it was so big it was quite cold. The shower was only warm too. This wasn't a deal breaker because the place itself was great value for money. It even has a washing machine. The only thing that spoilt it was the noise from outside. It is a single glazed building (our room anyway) and there was work going on outside. You could hear conversations easily. There were very early deliveries since the property is between two pubs. I would recommend taking ear plugs. It's literally the only draw back. But, to be honest I would stay there again.

A little noisy early in the morning due to the ill fitting windows, large gaps in the frame allowed early morning refuse collection and delivery noise in from the alleyway below, bring ear plugs 😀

Fantastic location. So large and spacious, self check-in with lock box, communication by email was very good.

The only negative it was very warm while we were in Liverpool and being an old building the windows were sealed closed so it was quite hot in there. A fan would have helped with that.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime.

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, possibly due to having a saniflow toilet. Also outside the apartment before coming in the main door you could smell the drains. You could also hear some noise from local business emptying bins late night and early morning

Rather large apartment, excellent information from the host. Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to Matthew street and 5 minutes to the main shopping centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Very noisy after midnight being so close to restaurants and pubs, especially with bins being emptied. But obviously cannot be helped by the host.

Flying visit to Liverpool for Christmas and this was the perfect city centre spot

Location location location. I’m originally from Liverpool so this was perfect for us in terms of proximity to the restaurant we had booked (100yds) but equally anywhere Castle Street/Victoria St areas of the city and unfortunately this was only a flying visit near to Christmas but would 100% love to use this property again when we have much more time to make the most of it. The apartment was also super clean and modern. Perfect for longer stays

Two flights up a narrow winding staircase but again is relevant to the theme and age of the property. The entrance area/foyer was dated and in need of sprucing up

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. The washing machine in the kitchen was a real bonus. Very central location - walk to everything in central Liverpool. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with great facilities. The apartment was also well located for the main areas of interest in Liverpool.

The main concern was the actual location of the main entrance to the apartment complex. It was down a poorly lit small street/alley. Given that we visited in winter, it felt slightly insecure going to and from the main entrance. Once inside, the building felt secure and safe.

Good stay just disappointed with the cobwebs.

Very central and comfortable .Easy to find, close to the shops for provisions. Nice clean towels

The flat was hovered but only the carpet . Don’t think the cleaner looks up at the ceiling, if they did they would have seen the cobwebs all over the place and the dusty curtains. I spent half an hour using the hover that was in the flat cleaning them up. I left the blocked extract fan in the bathroom and the cobwebs on the ceiling light. Don’t want to do all the cleaning lol . I stayed 3 nights and just after midnight on each night the bar down stairs empty’s their empty bottles into the bottle bin in the alley. Ok if you are still awake, a pain if you have been asleep for a while as you have to get up early.

Lovely, clean & centrally located apartment in lively, classy part of the city centre

Fantastic location in the centre of a more classy part of the city, lively area. Apartment was spotlessly clean & everything was supplied, even a washing machine! Bed was super comfy. Easy access to the apartment, full details supplied on the day & the hosts were easily contactable & replied to messages very quickly.

The stairs are steep and there are a lot so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. I had to leave heavy luggage in my car. There is a lot of noise from the pub below, especially when they empty the bottles around midnight. It was mid June & the apartment was really hot. A fan could have been supplied.
