Comfortable stay in a great location

Amazing location. Warm, clean and comfortable Well maintained Well equipped. Good hot shower

Key box was not well lit. A lot of stairs to the property. No coffee/ side table in the lounge No bedside lights No soft lighting in the lounge.

Great value for the Cpl nights we were there

The location was ideal , spacious,clean ,comfortable

A lift would have been handy lol ,noisy radiators throughout the night ( my partner thought there was a tweeting bird in the room ) Tea and coffee staples would have been welcomed but shop very close so not much of an inconvenience .

Excellent but too many birds

The whole apartmen wss great, super clean and new. The manager girl was a brilliant host, nice and kind. She answered all my questions.

From 6 am to 8 am lots of birds (pidgeons and seagulls i guess) were dancing in the roof. Woke up scared till i figured out what the noise was.

The room key lockers are fiddly and positioned in a dark place on the wall, better organisation and placement required.

Have stayed at the Castle Street Collection before. We have loved these apartments and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The location is perfect. The apartment was large and very clean. With a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep, as well as a Sainsbury’s Local.

Nothing really but a bedside light would have been nice.

One Night Stopover

Great location..5 mins from the shopping area and 5 minutes from the waterfront with beautiful iconic buildings. Spacious apartment with everything you could need including an oven as well as a microwave. Comfy bed with a huge wardrobe. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and Sainsbury's Local across the street so you can pick up some shopping. Very helpful staff just a phone call away if needed.

Pre-book any tours you would like to do as the city has lots of tourists particularly in the summer when the cruise ships come in on a daily basis.

Good value for money and fantastic location

I was really impressed with the quality and comfort of this apartment. Lovely old building, nicely kept, so big rooms, high ceilings, etc. and the kitchen has everything you need, and it's clean, too. I was on the first floor and it wasn't noisy despite the central location. I would definitely stay here again - it's really good value for money.

There is only overhead lighting throughout the apartment, which does affect comfort levels in the bedroom in particular. I read other reviews so brought along a portable bedside lamp, but I shouldn't have had to!

Good location near centre of city, quality beds, linen and well stocked kitchen, very comfy sofas and dining table. Excellent bathroom with good quality towels and toiletries.

Great location for exploring, near a bus and train station.

Very clean - location was good, however the side street next to the bedrooms was very loud morning and night due to the bottle bins used by neighbouring businesses

Perfect location, great pub outside the main door. Close to all amenities.

Easy to locate , perfectly situated for the city centre. Spacious rooms were a bonus, I was expecting a double and 2 twin beds but it was 2 doubles, which was ok. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom cosy, few points to note the shower head looked like it needed a good scrub and there was lots of dust behind the sink. Bonus having a towel rail to keep towels warm. Great shower pressure.

As above in the shower room. Would have been nice to have a few fluffy throws and maybe cushions in living room to make it more cosy. Especially as nights getting cooler. Yes heard the noice form nightlife but didn’t cause an issue for us and the empty of the bins again not a problem for us. Would definitely book again.

If you’re planning to party until the early hours, this might suit you. But if you’re after a peacef

We stayed in Liverpool for a short break and were really pleased with the location. Early check-in was a bonus, and the apartment was just a stone’s throw from the Cavern Club, with the Royal Albert Dock easily walkable. There’s a small supermarket nearby, plus plenty of cafés and restaurants to choose from—ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Unfortunately, the bar/club directly underneath the property was extremely loud, with music blasting until 1:30am and noisy crowds lingering until 2am. Sleep was a challenge. The living room light switch was broken, meaning the lights over the living room and adjoining bedroom would not turn off. When we called the out-of-hours number for help, we were met with a very rude response—the woman on the phone actually suggested we check out at 10:30pm and find somewhere else to stay. Other issues included unclean carpets and windows painted shut, which meant no ventilation at all. These things really let the place down, especially given the otherwise great location.

It was good overall.

The location was perfect. Near everything you need and want. Saturday nights are quite loud however due to its location. Communication wasn’t the fastest when checking in but they did their best job to provide us with early check in.

The apartment smelled very bad, smelled of smoke and everything was penetrated by that smell. The fire alarm went off one of the nights too due to a fault.

Very central, very spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment. Location was ideal, we could walk to everything. Heating was good in it.

The windows need upgrading.. Single glazing, you could hear a lot of outside noise. Especially loud conversations and bottles being emptied in neighbouring premises at all hours of the night. I had read previous reviews about outside noise. To be fair you don't hear traffic as street is pedestionised. Even if shutters were installed inside it would block some of that noise..

Superb apartment in central location

The apartment was amazing! It was in such a central location - so close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. It was very spacious and it was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was the toilet pump was quite noisy and if anyone went to the toilet in the middle of the night you were woken up by the noise of the pump.

Lovely place in great location

Great location right in the middle of town. Great if you like going out on an evening to pubs and clubs. Massive place with nice high ceilings and great art work

good location but very difficult to find, especially for our airport taxi

The number of stairs going up to the unit made our trip difficult. Also, it was very confusing that I had booked 3 rooms but the one I had booked earliest had an additional flight of stairs up to 2 twin beds when I clearly asked for a first floor room. It would be helpful to have clearer descriptions of each room. The prices were virtually the sme but the quality was not

Excellent location with very good facilities. It was all we needed for a few days' stay to explore.

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring all that Liverpool had to offer, with easy access to the buses, ferries etc. It was very central to everything.

The only drawback was the delivery lorries arriving early in the morning, but we understand that this is unavoidable - just a shame it was so early!
