The rooms were spacious and location was excellent
There wasn't any sockets by the bed and no socket for hairdryer by mirror.
No wardrobes in one bedroom.

The location was excellent ,lose to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby . easy access at 3pm by code on main door and flat door. The bedrooms were comfortable with double beds and en suite in one
Generally in good clean condition
It was very hot with not much ventilation and the fans were useless . The curtains in the lounge/kitchen were to small for the windows and one of the bed settees was broken making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Both settees were well worn and need replacing. Noise from outside in the morning

Its location in the city centre is fantastic, 5 minutes to Matthew Street and main shopping area and 10 minutes to Albert Dock. Some street noise but to be expected due to its location.
It offered great accommodation for 5 of us over a split level. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Having two bathrooms was great.
Needs a bit of TLC, looking a bit tired in various places. Not enough plugs upstairs.
Due to the hot weather and only having four velux windows it was extremely hot in the apartment. Two fans had been provided - could have done with another.
We had a problem with one of the bathrooms but this was quickly resolved for us.
The lift didn’t go to floor 3. Kept going up and down to the basement and up to floor 2 - with the doors attempting to open in between floors.

Location was great, apartment has good heating.
2nd bedroom is tiny with a small double bed. No where to hang clothes or storage in the 2nd bedroom. Windows were small portholes in every room so rooms were dark. Sofa bed in living room was broken. It had to be propped against the wall to use as a sofa. Photos made the apartment look spacious, it wasn’t and we were very disappointed.
