Great place to stay and host was great.

Great location, bath was lovely, bed was nice, room spacious, clean kitchen and bathroom. Host was really helpful.

Not many negatives but the WiFi wasn’t great, our phones kept disconnecting and the tv kept buffering. Also would point out if you are using the bath make sure to press the boost button on the heater after you have used it as the hot water runs out and it takes ages to heat up. I only found this out after messaging the host. Going through the building to get to the room was a bit creepy/dingy but the room makes up for that.

The bedrooms had inside balconies so we could hear everything in the living by room. The hot water ran out quite easily and takes 30 mins to refuel

Great apartment for bigger group

Location was perfect and near everything. There were enough beds for bigger group and it was clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and convinient.

Brilliant accommodation & perfect location

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. the location was exceptional. went for my 30th birthday with a group of 7. the apartment was clean and spacious, the location was 6minutes walk from all of the pubs and amenities so didnt have to worry about transport, the hosts had put balloons out for me which was lovely. For the location alone this apartment is an absolute bargain and winner all day long, we will 100% be back here when we next visit Liverpool!

The closest parking is at the end of tne road, very close by but its quite pricey.

This place is worth recommending.

The apartment is in very good location. Very close to many Liverpool's atractions. The bathroom was really big and spacious. The kitchen served many possibilities when it comes to cooking food. There was a big TV with many channels in a nice living room with two big sofas. The apartment is in city centre, but there is quiet. In this building there is lift, so t's very simple to get upstairs.

The windows were hard to open.

Apartment wasn’t really clean. Door handles missing, toilet flush missing. Just in really poor condition. Would not stay again

Fantastic Location!!

The hosts were really helpful. The communication/response times from them were great. Check-in/check out was really simple. The apartment is a residential building (not all units are holiday lets), we barely saw anyone else in the building, and there was no noise from other people in the building. The location was excellent, really close to the docks, 5 mins walk to Beatles statue/museums, about 10 -15 mins walk to the Magical Mystery Tour pick up point, Cavern a short walk away too, 15 - 20 mins walk from Lime Street Train Station. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, we were going to Uber to Anfield but jumped on the bus a short walk away on James Street and got the bus back. We liked having the flexibility to be able to choose whether to cook something in the apartment or eat out, plenty of cutlery, dinnerware, glasses and cups etc, the apartment was clean and there was tea, coffee, sugar etc, fridge and microwave, oven and towels included. Overall, it was great for our 2 night stay.

As others have said whilst the apartment is clean, it just needs a little TLC, a lick of paint, and a general freshen up, the sofa/sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on (as a sofa/we didnt use it as a bed), things like wire management - minor details - but could help with the overall look of the place. Worn and creaky laminate flooring, whilst we had no noise from the neighbours, the birds/Seagulls were loud on the roof, maybe it would be possible to sound proof the skylights, or put netting on the roof to prevent the seagulls settling on there to hopefully block a bit of the noise out.

Great facilities, great location, good price

I loved the location and the facilities within the apartment.

There were some signs of wear and tear like the flush button had fallen off and the shower tap head. Nothing drastic but could just do with abit of attention.
