Great location. Close to bars, restaurants, docks, all activates. Great and fast communication. Spacious apartment for 4 of us.

We had a great stay! The room was super clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept so well every night. It really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, which was a big plus. Overall, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was cozy, the bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which we really appreciated. However, we did notice that the cleanliness could have been better — there were a few spots that seemed like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the space was still comfortable and had everything we needed. With a bit more attention to cleaning, it would be a perfect stay.

The location of this apartment was fantastic, it was located in a lovely area, close to nice restaurants and bars. The response time from staff relating to queries was fantastic. Would highly recommend

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there were no windows that I could open, only Velux windows. But I'm the type of person who sleeps with all windows open, so that could be just a me problem

The apartment was clean had everything we needed, the host allowed us to check in early and were fantastic with communication and answering any questions I had.

If I had to be critical tea and coffee to make a cuppa in the morning would be great but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Perfect stay quite close to the Liver building.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. The access codes to the main building and the flat door worked a charm. It was perfectly located. Upon checking out, I met a staff member called Francine. She ensured the apartment was spotlessly clean and also helped me with a few directions around the city. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others.

The windows weren’t the best for access for ventilation. If it had been cold might have been an issue as the radiators didn’t appear to be in working order but unsure if that was a temporary minor problem or not.

Disappointed

On arrival the lift was out of order (which we wasn't informed of) and the apartment was located on the top floor which was really difficult for 2 of our party who struggle with mobility and joint pain. The room was boiling on arrival with no windows to open, the fans stored in a dark cupboard (bulb didnt work and poles propped up amongst the junk fall over) fall apart when moved. There was a previous tenants dirty socks under the "sofa beds". The bedroom beds were so uncomfortable with the springs in them. No option to close sky light blinds as both in front room were unusable (1 hanging off/1 didnt even have a blind) so poor sleep due to street lights flashing and uncomfortable beds. The only good thing was the bathroom was spacious and clean

Nice looking apartment with comfortable beds.

Cold. Cold apartment, no noticeable central heating. Cold water, using the suggested boost button on the instructions made no difference. The water was always tepid. We had to sit under the living room duvets to keep warm enough until the small plug in radiators made any difference to the temperature. The lift was broken and apartment is on 5th floor but were warned before we set off about this, still no good unless fit. No scourer, tea towels or dishwasher tablets and little cooking equipment so expected to eat out. Internet on TV buffers a lot.

Door frame was rough in main room, the hot water works funny and if you run the water heater it gets damp on the floor, oh and the 4 flights of stairs when the elevator was down but not much can be done there

Brilliant location

No hot water, no heating, lift out of service and our apartment was on the top floor, bedding not clean. Dishwasher didn't open properly and in general a lot of dust and dirt in the rooms. Windows absolutely filthy, blinds didn't close in the rooms so we inevitably woke up as soon as it got light!

The place was well located and it was really nice

El alojamiento no es para 8 personas es para 6 y apenas, incluso la vajilla es para 6 personas, no tiene ventanas que se puedan abrir por lo que el aire estaba muy encerrado y hacía calor. No funcionaba el ascensor y fueron 3 pisos por escalera, eso no estaba descrito ni nos avisaron antes y viajábamos con personas que tenían algunas dificultades motoras, además no siempre había agua caliente.

4. Stock und Fahrstuhl defekt :-( Eingangsbereich sehr unsauber (Wäschesäcke, Müll) Herd extrem verdreckt, viele kaputte Möbel, Lüftungsöffnungen stark verdreckt, Badezimmerheizung defekt (Kabel abgerissen und Befestigung defekt. Boiler reichte nur für eine Person.

Wszędzie jest blisko i można w krótkim czasie dotrzeć do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. Przy zameldowaniu właściciel wysyła szczegółowe informacje dotyczące dotarcia do apartamentu i zameldowania.

Otrzymaliśmy apartament na trzecim piętrze, a winda przez cały pobyt była zepsuta - nie było o tym żadnej informacji. To duża niedogodność, szczególnie dla osób, które mają problemy z chodzeniem. Mieszkanie, mimo nowoczesnego wyposażenia jest bardzo zakurzone i niezadbane. Musieliśmy kilkukrotnie przecierać stół, myć przed użyciem naczynia, ponieważ wszystko było brudne. Czystość podłogi też pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Mimo wywietrzników i klimatyzacji czuć w apartamencie nieprzyjemny zapach, ponieważ okna są tylko dachowe, bez możliwości otworzenia ich.
