Our stay at 16 Queen Avenue Collection by Happy Days was an absolute little gem. It was the perfect place for us, centrally located, very clean, and extremely well organised throughout. Communication with the owners was excellent, and everything went smoothly from booking right through to departure. The whole experience was stress-free and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be booking again soon.

Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable, safe.
I was a little confused where the main office was with regards to leaving bags and communication around the cost of storing bags.

The location is really good, although they should mention that the parking location is in a garage, about 8 min walk away. There is no option to park out front and take luggage in before parking.
There was no hot water, the couch was atrocious… so filthy with stains that you don’t want to sit on it, the bathroom sink was clogged, 2 dining room chairs were in bad shape ( cloth ripped in several places), and the WIFI stopped working several times( staff tried to reset it after I complained).
