Very nice stay. A lovely modern and clean apartment, very central. Use of the well equips gym was a bonus.

We had a fabulous 24 hours in Liverpool, staying in this gorgeous apartment.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and modern. The property was in a fabulous location, which was walking distance from all the main Liverpool attractions. There were tea, coffee,milk, ice, toiletries and bathrobes provided. Communication with the Livingway team was good, and once at the property, the staff were extremely helpful. Getting in and out of the property was much easier than we had thought it would be.

Modern, clean and bright apartment great for a family of 4!

Warm. Spacious, very clean, great location,, Loved the Aesop toiletries. Well equipped.

Access instructions were wrong making arrival a bit of a pain. The room seemed to have been double booked as someone else tried accessing our apartment whilst there, A microwave would have been handy. There was no kitchen bin or tea towel.

I really liked the attention to detail, like milk in the fridge for our coffee. I also appreciate the warm welcome upon arrival.

I missed a place to store our luggage and I did think that the check-out time was a bit early.

I liked the space, decor & location

At first glance the apartment was amazing. Booked a hot tub, one was empty & one was freezing. The only one that was ok had green water which was disgusting & didn’t bubble. Keep being woken up all night in such a shock by other residents using the water either shower or toilet I took a video of the noise the water sounded like it was going to come through the ceiling and was running down the walls. I couldn’t believe how loud it sounded it was honestly like thunder in the worst storm. My friend has Chrohns disease, this lack of sleep made her extremely poorly for days. This was also a treat for my 30th birthday. How no one mentioned this on the reviews before we booked I don’t know.

Just awful!!

This place is Awful!! The key situation is a joke! Everything is on your phone and if it doesn’t work you are locked out! Our key app didn’t work (their fault) and we were dealt with horribly and stuck outside after midnight!! We were told by emergency the on call that we would be liable for paying for the locks!! The guy was rude and short with us, we were so worried and couldn’t sleep in our car as the keys were inside the apartment ! The app didn’t work, my compliant wasn’t even held up we were just fobbed off with an apology, they said as it was dealt with in under an hour no refund would be given, the apartment itself was fine but not worth the anguish and the way we were treated, there’s lots of other places to stay that don’t have this problem

The property is in great condition and exceedingly clean. It was quiet and the bed comfortable.

You need to use an app to enter and to unlock your door. The instructions were not very good. That process was a little unsettling, but it does work. Fortunately, people coming out of the building showed me how to use it. MAKE SURE YOUR BLUETOOTH IS TURNED ON!

The location was excellent and the apartment pleasant.

We were looking forward to spending late afternoon early evening on the roof terrace before heading out fot the night, and our plans were arranged to do that but when we tried to access the area we were unable to as it had to be pre booked something that we had not been told of before hand. There was no staff after 4pm so we were unable to book. We were very disappointed with that i feel like that should have been made clear on booking.

Can’t wait to go back it was so relaxing.

Location was amazing for the shops and to the pubs and restaurants. Hosts were onsite and so helpful. They even left us Prosecco to celebrate our daughters graduation. The apartment had everything you could need at hand.x
