Location of the property is excellent. Inside it was modern & clean decor. Someone rang to confirm we had been able to access the property which was a nice touch.
The communication before and during the stay was too much. Far too many messages saying the same thing. Difficult to access the Luckey app before arriving and felt very over the top to get into the flats. Bed in 2nd bedroom was broken, this led to a poor nights sleep for one of the guests

It is very well equipped re: crockery etc. The living area is tastefully decorated and the bedroom has good storage facilities and a comfortable bed. Also has some interesting ‘coffee’ table books to peruse. The apartment is close to the city centre shops, museums and restaurants and also close to the Albert Docks and facilities there.
We had a bit of difficulty getting into the apartment using the app. However, I got in touch with the owner/manager and he soon came and sorted out the problem.

Well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Attention to detail with coffee pods for the machine and cafetière coffee, milk, salt and pepper, oil. Great facilities! Clean and tidy, comfortable and easy to get in and out!
Soap dispenser in bathroom didn’t work, noisy outside as it was a loading bay but in all honesty, this didn’t keep us up. It’s a shame that the windows didn’t have privacy glass as it would have been lovely to have some natural light in the bedroom but we just opened the kitchen blinds.

Very good location
Lack of any kind of fans for the warm weather we are experiencing heat was unacceptable to the point we had to organise a hotel at an extra cost for our family to stop in.
