Thanks to the owner...everything went smoothly

If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere. If you are looking for the atmosphere of the city, want to have life in the metropolis within walking distance, you are a Beatles fan....this is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay, we liked going out early in the morning for coffee in the waking city as well as running out to the river to watch the sunset. I recommend.

AVOID this place, they let me down once I had arrived in the city and never said a word.

The notes said you would receive the lockbox code shortly before check in time but they never told me the code for the lock box so I messaged them and they didn't reply, I called the number provided and it didn't work. I never heard from them again, not even to apologise afterwards. I was a young woman on my own in a new city miles from home, left with nowhere to stay. It took me hours and hours to get a resolution from booking.com which was extremely stressful and distressing. I strongly advise giving this one a miss- its not worth the risk of being left abandoned.

the Beatles appartment was fab, very spacious, comfortable beds, found complimentary bottle of wine.

I loved that they left complimentry wine sweets and chocolate, would recommend this appointment to family and friends

Lovely comfortable apartment in perfect location

Lovely apartment! a really comfortable place with fabulous decor (if your a Beatles fan you will love this, if you don’t like the Beatles you will still like it)! providing everything for your stay. There were some really lovely personal touches to make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The location is excellent, everything is easily accessible from here, fabulous restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, the pier and of course, the Cavern quarter, all just a short walk away! yet it was so quiet when in, it felt as though there was no one around. Information for the property and what to see and do in Liverpool is provided in helpful folders. They really have thought of everything here!

Excellent location , lovely apartment , great value

Super location , excellent and spacious apartment , full of great pics and memorabilia - provided basics like tea/coffee/milk and even a couple of small bottles of wine. Really central for exploring the city

Minor drawback is the flipside of being central - quite noisy outside through the night with cleaning and vehicles , doesn't spoil the stay at all but can see how might no suit a light sleeper

Great apartment , highly recommended

Location is superb , apartment is spacious and beautifully kept - love the Beatles decor and memorabilia (unsure about crown above bed though ....) Really like that the host leaves tea , coffee , milk and other essentials for free including laundry facilities. Particularly like the sweets in various bowls around the place (think I found them all)

Great location , excellent apartment , spacious and clean - really like the little extras like the tea/coffee and milk always provided , sweets around the apartment and the bottle of wine left for guests

wifi didn't work well at all , reset hub , still poor - first time that's happened in 4 stays

Beatles fans, look no further. This is the perfect place to explore Liverpool while having all the comfort of your own home (equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), plus tons of memorabilia to browse and CDs to listen to! Check-in is easy at any time thanks to access codes.

The location of the apartment was excellent for sightseeing. Central, easy walking distance to museums, ferry, magical mystery tour bus, Liverpool One for shopping, and of course the Cavern quarter! Also....plenty of eating places nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and with every home comfort you could need! The Beatle memorabilia all around the apartment was so interesting, including two guitars (one in tune too! :)) Despite the city location.... the double windows kept out the noise. It was lovely to be welcomed with little extra treats!

It would have been nice to have net curtains or blinds at the windows for privacy from the offices opposite. Also a firmer mattress on the bed.

Exceptionally good. Clean, comfortable and with every possible amenity you might need. Plus lots of extras that make The Beatles Apartment head and shoulders above the rest. In many Liverpool places standards are very low, almost contemptuously so. This apartments sets the standard to which others should aspire.

Fab 'Themed' accommodation

The owners of this apartment have gone over and beyond to provide everything you would need. Also a few lovely touches around the place, and a 'Beatles themed' experience. Easy access to property, and great central location. Fab. Defo use again or recommend to anyone.

Cosy, home from home with a difference

As a solo female traveller (of a certain age) the area was welcoming, I felt safe both during the day but especially at night walking around. Quiet street but within 5-20 minutes walk of all you need to see. The apartment was fabulous. Beatles memorabilia in abundance ,even if you're not a beatles fan this apartment fully equipped for you to have a great stay. Posters, books music etc .Baltic triangle within walking distance for Peaky Blinders bar & the street art there is cool. all museums etc too. Apartment was spacious. Treats in fridge, nice touch. Pic added is not apartment but the square opposite.

Fantastic overall stay with great hosts

It was very easy to collect the keys and access the building without requirement to meet someone at a certain time. We were thankful of this due to road delays meant we didn't arrive when we thought we would. Jacqui was very flexible with us due to card payment issues and allowing a late check out. Apartment was large and very well equipped with milk and water, snacks and wine. Very thoughtful! Excellent location, all round great stay.

Bed was a bit soft for our liking. There was nothing else we didn't love about our stay.

Great Property, stressful experience!

The location, the facilities were very good. The wine, chocolates and other treats left were much appreciated.

Not so much the property but the situation. Arrived in Liverpool at 2 p.m as we had agreed earlier access as we were meeting up with family for a meal. Waited for notification from the owner for details of exact location and access code. Nothing received. Waited and waited, tried to contact owner on the number shown on the booking. Phone calls went to voicemail, messaged - no response. emailed - no response. 5 phone calls later contacted booking.com customer services. Advisor tried to contact on number held again no response. She said she would email them and suggested going to the property as someone might be there waiting - a bit difficult when you don’t know exactly where the property is. Stress levels were now going through the roof. A few phone calls later still no response. Phoned booking.com back again - advisor said he would try to contact owner again and if he couldn’t get through then he would get us relocated elsewhere (phew!) Thankfully he got through to the owners mother who apologised and said I should have received an email (checked later no email received including junk mail, other than a message through booking.com a few days earlier which simply said 00.00 ! So we did get the details from the lady who said the owner was abroad at the moment. We found and accessed the property some 3 hours late. It was only after reviewing other feedbacks that we realised this is not the first time this had happened so I think the owner needs to review how she supplies this information to her customers - perhaps asking customers to confirm they have received the check in info to prevent further negative feedback. I also believe the photo shown on the property profile needs to be removed as that is NOT the property you are booking. I can’t give low scores as the property is amazing but the experience was extremely stressful!

Very homey, large studio apartment! Poor communication with host in event of emergency unfortunately

Has all the little amenities you can ask for, tea, coffee, cooking stuff, extras in the fridge, and complimentary wine and chocolates. Pictures don't do the apartment justice, it is massive! Street view and cute decorations on the window sills.

Zero communication with the host. I was intending to travel with my partner and stay two nights, but he had a medical emergency and I delayed the trip by a day to travel myself. I contacted the host through booking.com message and rang twice, left a voicemail and never heard back. Luckily the code to get into the apartment was the same and I could check in the second day myself, but I was very worried that I would be stuck for a place to stay due to this lack of communication. Wish I could have arranged at least a partial refund for the first night but couldn't get speaking to anyone. Such a shame due to how amazing the property itself is.
