About this apartment rental

Fabulous, exceptionally spacious, luxury City Centre apartment, close to the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping centres of Liverpool. Just 5-6 mins walk to the Albert Dock next to where the 2023 Eurovision song contest will take place ! Liverpool One is 1-2 minutes walk and 1 minute walk to James street station, this beautiful apartment couldn't be better located.

My lovely apartment is offered to you as a home from home. You can cook, relax, or visit all the best nightlife, without needing a taxi. We are ideally looking for clients to stay for 3 or 4 days rather than just a day or two ( the apartment is enormous so the cleaning takes some time !) It suits Business people working in the area, or ex pats who like to return to the UK for some time in the year. Full cooking facilities are available, including dishwasher, coffee machine ,oven, hob, ninja air fryer and microwave.

FOR SECURITY REASONS WE DO NOT OFFER SHORT BREAKS of less than 3 nights.
Just 1 minute walk to James Street station, and 15 minute bus ride from the airport (£3 each way), a few minutes walk to the Cavern and the Albert Dock. No need to trawl around the UK in the traffic, your family can come to you! You can be in central London in just over 2 hours, Chester in 40 minutes, if you tire of Liverpool, which is unlikely. Whether you are a culture vulture, music fanatic, ravenous food lover or retail king or queen, Liverpool will not disappoint. And this apartment is 25 minutes door to door to Royal Liverpool Hoylake golf Course. Also great for Grand National visitors to Aintree race Course.

PARKING
Secure parking underneath the block is available at extra charge (we have to charge as we move our own car into a public car park to accommodate yours) We cannot usually arrange entry to the private parking space after 7.30pm , so if you are arriving late , please ask before you book
No smoking at this property. You need to go outside of the building to smoke.

LIFT
The property has one lift and is on the 5th Floor. If you have mobility issues it is not recomended because on occasions the lift could be out or order. Update Sept / Oct 2025 lift not working

While well located and Leanne as host was great the property needs repairs to the toilet in the ensuite & the badly cracked tiled floorIt was very hot in the middle of the day (in April) & the air conditioner didn’t work. There were limited windows to open. The property needs a bit of maintenance

This apartment is spacious for 2 couples and the location is unbeatable. Parking fab too and communication with the host and getting access on arrival all smooth sailing. Lovely and clean The apartment is lovely but does need a little maintenance in some areas (eg loose floor tiles in en suite could be issue for someone who is unsteady on feet) but this didn’t bother us. The lady greeting us on arrival was really helpful thank you, would certainly stay again x

The space was great and clean. It was very cold in Liverpool during our stay and we struggled to keep warm. The small space heater helped, but the radiators in the master bedroom and the living area didn’t seem to keep the temperature up. And, we could not find any extra blankets for the beds. Otherwise, a great location in Liverpool very close to lots of shopping and dining.

The apartment was ideal for 3 friends - very well equipped, clean and spacious. Good location for sightseeing and restaurants. Prompt entry information 3 days in advance, with Manager checking everything okay while there and responding quickly to queries. 2 keys provided too.

We loved the property. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and wifi. The lounge/dining room gets very hot during summer. Fabulous location, close to pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking is only £10 per night. Leanne was lovely giving us clear instructions to get into the building etc.

Apartment was very well located for many of the attractions, we were able to walk to most of them. Bed extremely comfortable. Shame about the building work and scaffolding, it made it tricky to find the entrance! Apartment was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the Beatles memorabilia and theme throughout.

The apartment is huge and beautiful. Secure building. There are at least 50 restaurants within easy walking distance and a huge open shopping mall. We loved this property and would stay again.

Location was great. Reason for low ratings, is due to very disturbing communication with the owner few days prior to arrival. She was having a dispute with VRBO and threatened not to hand over the keys to the apartment, even though it was paid in full. In the end everything went well but it was an unnecessary stress.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely apartment. It is situated ideally for all city centre and waterfront venues. Communication with Jill and Leanne before and on arrival made it very easy to settle in. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to book here the next time we visit Liverpool.

We just stayed for 6 nights and left today. The location is fantastic, however there were a number of issues with the apartment that we reported right away but never received assistance or follow up with. We were told to go through the cleaner, and while she was fantastic, we were left with a fridge that did not work unless it was held closed with a garbage can pushed up against it and a laundry machine we could not use. The fridge was completely frosted over, and kept nothing cold unless pressure was used on the door. The cleaner indicated that the laundry machine was recently installed and replaced, and no instructions were left (despite the manual stating there would be) and we even asked local family to assist in operating it, and they could not figure it out. It appears the start button may be broken. We booked this location due to the laundry machine as we are travelling the UK & Europe, we ultimately had to attend a laundry facility to have our things washed. The building is okay, the halls smell of garbage and the parking garage is dirty and the smell is absolutely repulsive, they even have signs around asking people to not urinate in the garage on the floor. There was a filthy used mattress right near where we parked as well. There are a number of homeless people sleeping outside the entrance each night. We were approached to purchase drugs a few times in the evening by loiters outside the building as well, however that happens across the city so it isn't just specific to this location. The air conditioning only cools the living room, and while the windows are stunning, if the blinds are left open during the day it heats the apartment to near unbearable temperatures. When we arrived, the apartment was over 25 degrees inside. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but not in the second bedroom, there are some other fans available for use and those helped. Overall, it was a decent stay. I would suggest that communication from the host be improved, especially when key elements of the home are not functional. The host resides out of the country, so relies on the cleaner to be the go-between. She works a full time Job and lives an hour away so cannot just come to assist if there is an issue. Hopefully these issues are resolved for the next guests. It was very clean inside.

The apartment was ideally situated for everything and was as pictured. It worked really well for 4 adults and Leanne responded promptly to our questions. The owner needs to address the issue with extractor fans in both internal bathrooms which were not working but otherwise a terrific choice for our 3 night stay. Liverpool is a fun city to visit!

The location was absolutely perfect! Jill communicated well and worked with our crazy travel issues. Unfortunately while we were there Liverpool had a terrible heat wave. The apartment has no airflow which made it uncomfortable all day long. At night we were fine with the windows open and the fan blowing, but during the daytime it was extremely hot. There was no way to block the heat because there were so many windows. Certainly the host could not control the temperature, but book with caution in the summer time.

We loved the location, right near the waterfront and a short walk to dozens of restaurants & pubs, the only negative I have is that the ensuite toilet was so awkward to flush away the waste!

This is a good sized, 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. It has it's own dedicated car parking space, with direct lift access to the apartment's floor. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and is generally in good order, with just a few minor items that need attention.
