Welcome to your stylish city retreat in the heart of Liverpool! Located right on the legendary Mathew Street—home of The Cavern Club and the Beatles’ legacy—this chic 2-bedroom penthouse offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and culture. WE PAY THE BOOKING FEES
🛏️ Sleeps 4 comfortably – Featuring two double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds, this apartment is ideal for couples, friends, or small groups.
Great for a night out
-2 Bedroom, 1 double bed in each bedroom.
-Bathroom includes luxury roll top bath with separate walk in shower.
-Downstairs includes open plan living kitchen, diner and living room.
A converted fruit mill right in the centre of Liverpools night life, minutes to the famous Cavern Club and Grapes pub, steeped in Beatles history. This is possibly the best location to be on a night out in Liverpool.
PLEASE NOTE: you are in the busy part of Mathew Street famous for its bars and NOISEY night life at weekends. This is a great place to come and have fun and be close to the action. We are 4 flights up (72 Steps in total). There is no lift and the ability to climb stairs is a must.
Guest have sole use of the property, this is a self contained apartment
We like to meet our guests however respect privacy.
The famous Mathew Street with its busy night life at the weekends, you are above the bars and restaurants at this famous location in Liverpool, close to the Cavern Club, closest carpark 3 minutes walk (Liverpool Victoria Street) Closest station Lime Street ( 7 minutes Walk) ,
You are in the centre of the city, there are plenty of local and national trains and buses
-No parties or events,
-No Smoking,
-No Airbnb Services,
-Any breach will mean immediate cancelation without refund and a fine.

Booking Rules
1. No Airbnb services permitted
2. No Smoking or Vaping, fine £80 for each offence
3. No Parties, excessive noice over 100db for more than 10 minutes, or events, fine £400
4. You will need to fill out our own booking form and your correct profile picture on airbnb is mandatory and codes won`t be automated until this step is completed
5. Main booker must be over 23
6. £200 Deposit paid via stripe and refunded back via stripe, damage waver available for £25
