Duplex 2-bedroom apartment in Liverpool centre

Excellent location for exploring Liverpool, Very well equipped kitchen and facilities Fans were provided during the heatwave would definitely stay there again

Location was ideal! Showers were lovely and hot and powerful (despite what I’ve read on here?!) we had 5 adults have a shower one after another and it was great. The lift was working which was a great help as my Dad was on crutches. It was quite a few flights of stairs if you’re not able bodied so bare that in mind if you do need something for older or disabled family just incase the lift did happen to be not working on your stay. I guess that’s a risk for anywhere though! Check in and out was easy. Lots of fresh towels and beds were made up for us. The iron was that good we’ve ordered the same one at home!! Lots of cutlery and crockery - we didn’t need to use any of this as we were at a wedding the whole day and night but it would be ideal if you’re planning on making food etc. Plenty of glasses. Some reviews said about noise outside of the building - we stayed on a Sunday night and it wasn’t loud at all? The owner was brilliant and reachable during the booking and checking in, always answered the phone etc and was lovely. Thank you Nina!

I’d say the cleaning could have been better, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless but the hoovering in the bedrooms and living area could have done with another go. Maybe that’s just me being a bit picky though. However this would not put me off coming again and we have all said we’d stay here again if we are visiting family again.

Bed linen didn't fit the beds and duvets. Wasn't very clean. Couldn't wash my hair in the top shower as ceiling very low. Tv not working properly. Towels very small
