Fantastic location, easy access to property, very clean and comfortable. Good communication with host. Great cooking facilities, lovely decor, warm & cosy. Location is central but quiet at night.
I couldn’t fault the property. There is a lot of construction work taking place at a property near by though we stayed over the weekend so there was no noise or disruptions. This may not be the case during the week.

Location
Sofa bed was rock solid. Must have been an issue with it as they tried billing me for it being broken. Which I had no clue about.

Location, price, size
Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and that really let it down. We found a very dirty towel in the bathroom and food remains on the crockery. There were crumbs in the fridge and smears on the door near the handle. This put us off using the facilities to prepare any food which is a shame since that was the reason we booked the property. The table hadn’t been wiped either. There was shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom which was a nice touch but no toilet roll which luckily we could purchase nearby in Tesco.
