The property was spacious, and area was quiet. Couch was comfy as well as the bed. Shower was great (like a water fall). Was easy to get in and find the room. There was work going on outside the apartment but there was no noise. Kitchen area was nice and tidy, was easy to use:)

There wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom so couldn’t see properly when getting ready (had to try and use the bathroom one). There wasn’t a pizza cutter (we had one most nights). There was a couple of dead moths on the window sill when he first enters the apartment. I never saw any staff while I was staying there for 4 nights. Was very hot during the night, there was a fan but that wasn’t enough. You could maybe look into some AC. Also the shower was slippy, a slip proof mat would be good?

The apartment is spacious with an en suite with shower, and a separate bathroom with a tub. It's equipped with centrally controlled air con (at least we couldn't find the thermostat) which was a pleasant surprise in the middle of a heatwave. There was also an extra fan placed in the living room. Location is excellent, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping opportunities around. Although the nearby buildings are being renovated, we didn't hear any noise and the building felt secure. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment doesn't get direct sunlight.

We didn't find the floors to be clean unfortunately and on our way out we found the sheets and towels for the next guests were placed on the floor outside the apartment in the hallway, which is not very hygienic. The mattresses felt to be on the thin side, and not comfortable. The blinds were not blocking a lot of sun, so not good for those that are used to sleeping in the dark.

Location was very central. The apartment was perfect for what we needed.

It was extremely hot, even when the temperatures dropped outside. It made it impossible to sleep at night. There was no bedding for the Sofa even when asked if we would use the sofa for a bed. And only one towel each for 4 nights.

Location was amazing and the property was spotless, well equipped with everything from iron to hairdryer.

We were extremely disappointed on arrival to discover a sofa bed only! We were 2 friends sharing a sofa bed, not ideal. I feel the ad for the property was very deceptive as it showed a photo of a bed in a bedroom. I wouldn’t have booked had I known there was a shared sofa bed only. Also we arrived during extremely warm weather and the heat in our 3rd floor apartment was crazy, windows only opened out slightly. There was a fan but it was unfortunately unbearably hot up there so the sofa bed situation definitely didn’t help with that either!
