Easy check in, mostly clean

Not much space to hang things, mould on the fridge door, very cold and dark

Location was excellent and had all that we needed for the weekend

Very clean, modern and location was great. Smart lock was great too.

Mattress wasn’t comfortable, A tea towel/oven mitts would have been handy to have. A couple of tea bags and coffee sachets would have been great to have as we arrived later than expected.

The two bed apartment was amazing, very spacious , very clean and great location , very central to Liverpool city centre , key pads a great addition , don’t have to worry about keys and group going out separately , just using a code to get in and out ,

Mattress in the larger room not very comfortable, and a small welcome pack of tea/coffee and possibly a tea towel for drying dishes would be very helpful

The location was brilliant, just around the corner from Matthew St, yet still quiet despite the area being extremely busy for International Beatleweek. The apartment was spotless, reasonably well equipped, and comfortable. We had everything we needed just 2 minutes walk from the Cavern Club.

The front entrance door didn't always catch, meaning if people didn't check and pull it shut, anyone could walk in.

It was excellent, spotless modern & perfect for what we were looking for.

The 1 and only thing missing was a full length mirror.

very clean! good location, excellent size, straight forward check in, was very hot but there was multiple fans placed in the property.

it was warm but this was due to summer and being on the top floor, however this was nothing the host could of helped and they did provide fans in the property.

Received codes to enter apartment so check in was so easy. Apartment was absolutely fabulous, spotless, it looked newly renovated. We just had one issue with smoke alarm beeping due to a low battery, I sent a message to property management and they had the alarm fixed almost immediately. I visit Liverpool a lot and this has been the nicest property I have stayed in. It’s a stones throw away from Liverpool one shopping centre and a few minutes walk from St John’s market. Bus is just a 10-15 minutes journey to anfield and bus stop is right around the corner from the apartment. Couldn’t fault it at all. I will definitely be back.

Needs luggage storage if you have an early arrival or late flight home

The location of the property is right in the city centre so it's ideal as everything is practically on the doorstep - all within walking distance. In terms of cleanliness, it was pretty clean and looked as though it had been newly decorated.

There were a number of issues we experienced at this property, one of the biggest being the communication with staff to resolve the issues. Before getting to the property I was trying to confirm how many fans there were in the property as I knew it was going to be hot. At first I was told there were no fans, but I responded advising that fans are stated within the listed amenities. This was then retracted and I was advised "you are correct, fans are listed within the amenities" which made me think that all they had done was check the listing as they weren't able to confirm how many there were (there was only one) Upon arriving at the property I had issues checking in because the access code to the building requires you to press a button before entering it, something that is not in the instructions. After resolving this and entering the property I discovered there was no mirror as advertised. I contacted customer service straight away as being two women away for a weekend, we needed a mirror to do hair and makeup. Initially this was investigated and I was told that the property doesn't come with a mirror which for me was unacceptable, as that was one of the reasons I had booked it. I asked them to provide me with a mirror or if this couldn't be done, discount me and I would buy one. After a lot of back and forth I was told we would get a mirror but no confirmation of timescales. I chased this up whilst out for dinner and got a response later saying that we couldn't have a mirror after they had already confirmed we could. When I responded to that effect, I was told that some of the messages I was receiving were from AI, which I couldn't believe! How could AI be telling me they were going to get me a mirror?! It was now too late for us to go to the shop and buy a mirror so in the morning, I attempted to use my pocket mirror and camera on my tablet.

Appartamento moderno e accogliente vicinissimo alle principali attività turistiche, locali, pub, supermercati e mezzi pubblici.

In generale l’appartamento è molto pulito, ma all’arrivo c’erano cenere di cigarette nel water. A parte questo tutto ok.
