Absolutely love staying here — this is my second visit, and I already have another two stays booked over the next few months. The lift wasn’t working when we arrived, but we managed fine. I love everything about these apartments. The only thing that would make them even better for me would be having a slow cooker and an air fryer!

Roomy, comfortable facilities at an attractive price in a prime city centre location

Great city centre location with good security (code entry plus key entry), spoilt only by loud rhythmic music early on our first morning (sounded like a gym workout routine?), otherwise very peaceful. Useful discount on parking in the secure, well-lit Vernon St Q-Park. Character heritage building with plus points for imaginative choice of photographic wall art. Amazingly roomy apartment - we'd booked a single bedroom but were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. Pleasant decor and furniture, perhaps just a tad 'masculine' but very comfortable - especially the beds. Reasonable self-catering facilities except the corkscrew was broken and we spent 20 mins struggling to uncork a bottle... Nice bathroom marred slightly by a cracked shower head clamp that was difficult to adjust for height. Overall very comfortable, conveniently located, quality accommodation, and outstanding value for a low season (January) mid-week stay. Good clear communications from booking/admin staff although we didn't actually meet hosts. Would definitely return.

(Apt 4, 14 Cook Street) Minor issues with corkscrew and shower head clamp, both reported to housekeeping before leaving. Noticeable stain on the seat of one of the dining chairs. Loud music nearby at an early hour was obviously outside the control of management but woke both me and my partner. We were intrigued by what appeared to be a number of rifle or SMG bullets or cartridge cases on a flat roof below the apartment... However none of these issues detracted much from an very favourable impression of the accommodation.

Ladies Night

What a lovely, spacious, clean and well maintained apartment. Beds were very comfy. Bed linen and bath towels were of a high standard. We were 3 50 something ladies meeting up the place was so nice we didn't go out we spent the night in, catching up.

Lovely apartment

On arrival, the heating in my apartment wasn't working. I called the attention of the host who tried to resolve it but couldn't. She changed my apartment, , which I believe was an upgrade. This was superb.. The location is great, close to amenities. Interior deco was lovely and the beds cozy.

There was no free coffee, tea, sugar in the apartment for guests..These usually comes as standard.

Dirty and noisy

Location.

Very load banging music every night but one into the next morning,was not expected as it was not specific on booking. Com. The room wee had was below a nightclub load banging music and base music into early hours you really need to specify this on booking. Fridge freezer was not working well as freezer was over frozen broken and shower was dirty. Blood stains on living room carpet. Sorry but the list goes on.😢

Horrible experience

I had to pay a £150 security deposit when the room was only £60. I was told I would get the money back, I got the money ONE MONTH later. In addition I had to provide proof of adress and three days before!!

Too noisy of a Night...no sleep.

Apartment was clean and had all that we needed, but was right on top of a club.

It may be worth telling customers that Room 7 is located on top of a club that plays music all night long till 5am. Arrived on the Friday and had no sleep fir 2 nights. Ended up having to sleep throughout the day so did not see much off Liverpool...very disappointed.

Lovely two bedroom apartment close to everything!

The apartment was spacious with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was very nice. So nice to have an elevator. It was so close to everything — especially Beatles museums, tours, and the cavern.

It would be nice to have some kitchen essentials like salt and pepper.

Enjoyed our stay in Liverpool

The apartment was super big and clean everything was good and easy to find, . Just 10 minutes walk from one bus Liverpool station.

What we didn't like was that no toiletries left and as it was the weekend and the location is in the centre a lot of noise coming from outside. In my opinion the Windows should be installed to reduce the noise from outside.

Enjoyable stay in historic centrally located apartment

We stayed in Flat 10. The third floor apartment in this beautiful building was spacious and clean (although windows were due a clean). The lift was a huge bonus. The two bedroom, two bathroom layout was really good. In fact the property was large enough to have a sofa bed. The location is spot on. It was near absolutely everything with amenities all around.

We stayed from Tuesday to Saturday. The property is located at the back overlooking a pub courtyard. Saying that it was nice and quiet until Friday night. But the general hubbub /karaoke calmed down at midnight and it was not really an issue for me but some might not like it. There is a Sandiflo unit that makes a noise but you easily get used to it. We had a no flush rule at night that helped.

We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment and it was ideal for our needs. It was very spacious and well equipped. Comfortable seating and beds. There was nothing to dislike.

It would have been good to have had an extra toilet. I was aware that there was only one bathroom when it was booked so no complaints at all really.

Spacious apartment. Location was great for us.. around the corner from The Cavern. Had just about everything we required for our stay.
