Cosy comfy lively location brilliant stay!

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for 3 nights,It was very clean spacious and modern really good value for money, 5 min walk to the city centre and plenty of shops nearby for nighttime use ,nearby to clubs,pubs restaurants will definitely re book again thankyou x!

It is a little bit loud on a night time due to the location but that was expected as it was stated beforehand, it didn’t really bother us,there was no faults about this property at all you had everything you need!! 😊

We experienced several issues during our stay. The staircase leading to our apartment and the neighbors next to our room were very noisy throughout the week. Although we informed the office, the noise continued. Additionally, the windows made loud sounds at night, and we had to place a piece of cardboard between them to stop the noise caused by the glass moving.

Good location, would recommend if your purpose of stay is for the nightlife

Very central, cleaned well, good contact through emails.

Blinds were a little damaged so light shone in from outside made rooms a little bright. Wasn’t told about £200 holding deposit till after booking.

So noisy, constant shouting/screaming on street outside, and machinery running all night first 2 nights. Could really do with double glazing to keep some of the noise out, was bad even with ear plugs in.

Bang average for the money!

Fairly clean

Finding the property was an effort. Staff wasn't overly willing to help, little sarcastic. Charged an additional £20 to was water based makeup off a pillow. Wouldn't stop.me.staying again, as it's not a bad place to get your head down. Wouldn't recommend for a family, but for Stag, Hen doo's & Christmas parties etc...it's ideal as they're not all that bothered about the noise or overall clientele.

The location

Property policies are not clear and had to pay £200 security deposit on top of the price for the room, the extra charge should be clear on the room advertising! Also you need to “reply” to their email in order to get the check-in details, the check-in details should have been sent with all the information about the room on the Booking.com app, that’s the reason I use this app, because it’s supposed to be carefree and easy! On top of that there were people on their office but no one cared to pick up the phone, absolutely nightmare of a place!

NO SLEEP

The location..ive stayed before a couple time's

We were allocated apartment.1...which was only allocated upon arrival...DO NOT STAY IN THIS APARTMENT...I was with my youngest son..11 years of age...we got ZERO SLEEP...the apartment is actually above a nightclub...I mean the floor is the roof of the nightclub...the music is pounding..the floor is shaking....till 4 am..when I asked to be moved on the second night as my son is asthmatic and needs sleep...we were told they were fully booked and couldn't be moved ...even though I asked a cleaner and was told this wasn't the case...I then had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and ear plugs...I got two pillows extra..to try cover our ears..im still waiting on the ear plugs..to compound the Sunday night ..not only had we the nightclub..to contend with..we had a fight, party in room above..no security to ring ..I had to knock up and risk a fight myself ...no sleep in 48 hours...I will never stay here again. I had asked for money back on the Sunday morning so I could move to a hotel...im still waiting on an answer...

Fine place

The apartment was clean, tidy and the apartment itself came as described.

The apartment was directly above a nightclub and karaoke bar with blaring music into the night. For those not local to Liverpool or active in the LGBTQ+ community it is hard to know in advance of booking that the flat is directly above a nightclub. As a result all of the guests could not sleep until after 3AM. UStay should make it clear on the advert for the property that its location means you will not sleep unless you have extreme soundproofing. If they are looking for guests not there for a night out they should make some soundproofing alterations to the apartment.

Do not stay here!

Absolutely nothing

This apartment was completely unliveable and absolutely not as described. We actually had to leave early because the conditions were so bad. The apartment stank of sewage and mould, and the smell filled the entire space. The mattress was unsleepable and caused us both pain, and the sofa bed was just as bad — like sleeping on wood. The place was freezing with no way to turn any heating on, and the hot water didn’t work at all. The blinds were broken, the bathroom light didn’t work, and several items in the apartment were damaged or dirty. We could also hear everything through the walls — including people next door or upstairs being sick, running around and slamming doors all night — so getting any sleep was impossible. Most concerning of all, the balcony door had no lock and could be opened from the outside. This is a serious safety issue and made us feel completely unsafe. Overall, the apartment was dirty, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard advertised. We left early because it was simply impossible to stay another night. I have photos and videos of everything. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.

The apartments are so lovely, stayed twice now in different apartments. Perfect for going out, it is loud from outside but it’s clear about that so no one can moan about that. All of us love the apartment/ great for pres and perfect area for night out. The customer service is amazing aswell, always respond fast. Thankyou so much for another lovely lovely stay xxxx

Basically on the strip, so for a group lads it was okay but if you wanted to sleep at a reasonable time, you’ll struggle. Lack of cleaning appliances tried to clear up on the last day but no disinfectants, bin bags, etc…

Beautiful & central but could do with a little more tlc

Very central , self catering apartment. It looked just like the pictures! No check in staff, all done online with simple introduction on how to get in. Very beautiful building with an authentic rustic character. The apartment had everything you needed and more for a long stay. The beds and pillows were like getting snuggled to sleep by a cloud. The fan turned on upstairs was also a very nice touch as it was a humid day. Although we only stayed one night, when we come back for longer, we'll definitely rebook this one!

It wasn't very clean, dust on dxposed beams, sticky/hairy tv remote and mysterious stains. The bathroom had a very bad stagnant water/mold smell that hit us as soon as we entered. Upstairs, under the carpet, there's a foot sized hole in the flooring which i tripped over. Also a hole through the wall that looked like someone punched through it. Also, be prepared for lots of steps! None of these points would stop be from coming back, as it was a beautiful and central apartment, I'll just bring some anti-bac wipes with me next time!

Tiring.

The location is great so close to maybe street and a stone throw away from where you want to be.

We were put on the very top floor, no lift so had to walk 5 flights of stairs with luggage and everytime we left. We had no balcony as advertised. The tv didn’t work brilliantly considering it’s a smart telly. The windows didn’t open in the apartment other than the bathroom which was a shier drop to the street. There was no blind in the window above the two beds so we were woke up by the light first thing. No spare bedding for the sofa bed as we booked for five. Not as spacious as imagined with the images shown. We were a group in our 20’s and have stayed in many apartments but this has to be one of the worst unfortunately. It does state it’s above the bars so expect noise however the noise heard was more from the others in the rooms and the street cleaners first thing.

The apartment was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! The location was excellent and will definitely use again

The only problem was the noise outside. We expected some due to the central location but there was a lot of shouting so we will bring some earplugs next time! We will still use again despite this as it cannot be helped with such a central location.

Was spacious and worked for what we needed, good location

The apartment needs some serious TLC, picture frames broken, blinds not opening properly and not being able to adjust our shower tempered by very much as the tap that changes the temperature was broken and would twist fully On top of all that we paid a £200 deposit which was then take an kept because we “smashed the TV in the living room” which did not happen. I called everyday to complain and get the money back but was told only the manager could deal with this and they would call me back, after 4 days of calling and waiting for callbacks I finally received a message saying we aren’t getting it back because we smashed the TV. After not taking this for an answer and then doing a further “investigation” they said that actually the cleaner and maintenance person didn’t do a proper check on the previous check out before us so couldn’t actually confirm on not if the tv was broken before we got there and that they would refund us the money finally Would not recommend this property! If you do stay here take photos of everything in the place before you leave or you will lose your deposit. Scam

Good price for such a large apartment

Large apartment. Two bedrooms. Kitchen spotless. Not as noisy as I expected (we went on a Wednesday though) - the noises thing was the street cleaning machine in the early morning. Bathroom very clean and toiletries and towels well stocked. We were allowed to check-in 30 mins early which was good.

A bit dark. A few bits like coffee and sugar would have been appreciated. You have to bring absolutely everything for kitchen except washing up liquid. Getting into the flat was a pain as wrong code given though somebody came to fix within a few minutes.
