Fantastic location,great facilities,great communication from staff,great place to stay.
The only really small silly gripe I have is I wish it had a few more mirrors. One in the bathroom and one in the bedroom and that is literally my only thing I can say.

Easy to collect as in a lock box
The lock on the apartment door was really difficult to unlock, to the point we thought we would not be able to enter the apartment without breaking the key.
Google maps sent us to the wrong location, which annoyingly was another Ustay apartment, so very confusing.

The location of this property is fantastic! So close to everything & don’t need to worry about walking far!
The payment of the property was taken straight away which was fine as I knew it was paid for & didn’t need to worry about any other payment until I got there & the property tried to take a £450 hold payment. Luckily enough I had enough funds in my account for them to hold the money! If I didn’t have the money in the account I don’t know what we would have done. This need to be stated when booking

The location was perfect. It was clean staff was fab i would come again but a diffrent room to try again
The apartment smelt really bad. The WiFi dint work so the tv did not work. There was no heating just little fans. No hot water anywhere but the shower
