Looked noting like the photos online. No blind on ground floor for privacy, heater broken and would appear like this for some time. Shower head fitting was falling of the wall. A couple of hours time from a good handyman would do a lot in Apartment 15 Warned in advance of the noise! And boy is it very noticeable

Wasn’t sure if we were in the right place as door has seen better days. The key lock was too high for smaller people in the group. Random people ringing flat phone to let them in, but overall good.

Location is good and the size of the apartment is good.

I stayed here on Saturday night as a group of 6 ladies. The good points is the size and the location of the apartment. We had the largest apartment, and it was over 2 floors with a large communal space so perfect for a group. The bathroom, however, was upstairs, and the stairs are like a death trap and very difficult to climb up. I don't drink, however, if you had a few, it could be very dangerous. I also didn't see a fire escape or instructions of what to do in case of a fire. The apartment is on the top floor, which they do mention so I will not complain but if you have mobility issues it's a no go for you. The apartment is noisy due to its location on the main clubbing street, but this is expected. The apartment was relatively clean and can serve its purpose if you're not looking for luxury; however, it has shown some wear and tear. For example, the bathroom door has huge holes filled with paper where someone has tried to kick the door in, and some random hairs are floating around. The WiFi is terrible. My complaints, though, the main doors' lock was broken, so anyone could just walk into the building, and there are a few homeless in the area, so security is not very good here. As we walked into the front door, we were hit with a smell of rubbish as there were at least 10 bin bags full of rubbish piled up. On the third floor, we were greeted by more rubbish bags and a broken TV. The staircase is very narrow, so this was a hazard in itself. You only get one set of keys per apartment, and as you can imagine, if you have 9 people, it can be difficult if you all want to go home at different times, which our group did. The apartment served its purpose, however, I do think it was overpriced as the rubbish smells were awful. We checked out the apartment, and we had made all the beds, washed the dishes and bagged all the rubbish. As I don't drink, the apartment was very well maintained as no wild parties. So you can imagine my shock

It was a lovely apartment and well worth what we paid for it.

Not enough equipment in the kitchen and no where to hang clothes. there was a very noisy neighbour who spoilt our stay with his tv on all through the night, every night but that isn't the fault of the apartment owners, who did their best to sort to no avail :(

The property was easy to find and an ideal location. For the price booked last minute it served its purpose. Beds comfy

No air con , a bit dated and rough around the edges , couldn’t work the hob . The oven door had a missing glass piece although it didn’t affect the use of it. Very basic kitchen items which is fair enough but no tin opener or bread knife/sharp knife.

The location was good and having all the beds together on the mezzanine as good fun for a group of friends

Room 14. The access via the steep stone spiral staircases would be very difficult for anyone with even the slightest mobility issue, and the excessively steep stone staircase to the bedroom mezzanine level is so steep that it would be a danger to anyone even slightly under the influence of alcohol, and the single handrail did not inspire confidence. The whole apartment was slightly grotty. The bathroom shower curtain had been chopped so short so that it didn't meet the bath tub sides, the grouting was discoloured and missing in places, the tiles were chipped and there is no bathroom mirror. The bed linen as neat and clean but one of the single beds was quite dipped in the middle. The plug sockets, bar one, were all virtually inaccessible behind the beds and under the eaves. There was damage to the bathroom door which appeared to have been kicked in at some point. The light switch to the kitchen is hidden behind the fridge freezer and the fridge was dirty. The pictures make it look immaculate.

Smooth process to get in thought I messed up a few times. But was politely helped by staff on the phone. No delayed response

Could put out Milk and coffee tea bags sugar those types of things would just smash it !

Great loft apartment

The only negative was we had a lot of luggage to take up an awful lot of steps to the apartment…not the fault of the accommodation but next time we would travel lighter 😁

Very good location, modern decor is lovely and artsy. Very clean, nice touch providing little toiletries and towels.

No nearby parking. (Walk 5 mins away) No lift, spiral staircase, carrying multiple suitcases up 5 levels of a spiral staircase was horrific. The fridge did not shut so I taped it shut. There is no air con so it got incredibly hot/stuffy, and opening the balcony door didn’t let much air in. Sky light in bed space is not a good blind, sun comes through.

The location is just perfect, in city centre and close to where we want to go.

Unfortunately, the toilet didn't work. Called customer service, they sent a staff to check within 1hr, very fast respond and helpful.

Nice area, close to everything. Really comfortable beds.

Had some problems with the bathroom leaking and the water pressure for the shower is pretty low.

Spacious and close to lively night life.

Lock box was very difficult to open and room hard to find
