Great location, perfect for what we needed for a group of 8. Decor generally nice, and property reasonably clean.

Drains absolutely stink which means the whole house smells rank. Speaker provided with the house doesn’t work and needs improving.

Loved our stay, despite a few issues. Nice house which has been renovated well but could easily be made better.

Location was great. Easy to find. Close to city centre, bars etc… Great house for groups of friends. Nice big kitchen table to enjoy a drink around. Comfy clean beds and surprisingly quiet inside. Nice modern renovation of a very quirky old house.

The downstairs floor was very dirty, which we found out from walking around barefoot. Our feet were black! This then caused dirt in the bathrooms from cleaning our feet. The fridge didn’t work at all. Luckily there’s a bottle fridge which we could put drinks in but we couldn’t store any food. The bath also leaked from underneath, discovered when washing our dirty feet! Bathrooms need hooks or something to hang up towels and clothes etc… this can easily be sorted. There’s nowhere to hang anything other than a couple of coat hangers in the bedrooms. And finally, we couldn’t get the wifi connected.

The kitchen communal area was very new and modern. Very spacious, although a bit cold even with the radiator on.

Not quite what we hoped

It was in a very convenient location in the city centre, a short walk from the docks. It was the right size for our needs. It has a good, big kitchen table to sit round. It felt secure.

It did not feel totally finished eg no waste paper bins, no pictures on the walls, no hooks to hang coats or towels, ceiling lights coming out of bedroom ceiling. It lacked character and was dark with no views out because it's on a narrow alley. An old house that had had its charm removed. There was a convenient en suite bathroom but the other shower was shared between 6 people.

Stylish property, central location, great for weekend with friends.

Great central location and stylish property. The check in experience was great and made our trip much easier by allowing us to get in to the property early, as soon as it was clean.

Just a few little things would have made the experience even better - like locks on bathroom doors, tea towel and dishwasher tablets so can wash up properly. Also noticed there was a lot of dust and a few dropped items under the beds. We also found it a bit cold in the property, especially in the kitchen and hall.

Amazing place very modern fantastic for group, would highly recommend

The house itself was beautiful, the location was close to bars, food places etc. We were able to get an early check in with no issues. We were a group of 8 and it felt so spacious. Just beautiful and modern🥰

Slight bit of mould in the fridge however didn’t ruin our stay
