Disappointing views. Wouldn’t have booked if it hadn’t implied waterfront views

It had a lovely bedroom. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen had most utensils

It looked nothing like the pics. The building block stunk of weed. The balcony overlooked the echo building and not the Albert dock as was implied in the photos

Unbeatable location and views for a stay in Liverpool, comfortable and well-equipped apartment

Excellent location, such a fantastic view of the Liver Building. Great open plan kitchen / living room and two good sized bedrooms.

Check in details could be provided a little earlier as it was stressful not knowing if I would receive the information in time.

Everything, it was perfect for our stay

The only thing we noticed was the carpet near the loft was really dirty and definitely needed replacing. And a few dirty marks on the walls in lobby. The apartment itself was perfect

Location was A1, apartment lovely, bed not so good..

The communication was excellent, and we were well informed. The apartment was spacious, and the location to the cruise terminal could not have been better for our ship. I was able to watch it coming in from the balcony. There was a decent little supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The apartment was very well stocked with an array of kitchen appliances, making it very easy to cook if you didn't fancy eating at the hotel right next door.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress disappeared to nothing as soon as I sat on it and the framework was clearly felt. The pull out camp bed was also very uncomfortable. None of us actually had any kind of comfortable night The settee in the lounge area was well past it's use by date, I was forced to sit on the breakfast bar stools as the settee had absolutely no support.

Would give zero stars if I could. Cancelled my room night before due to 'maintanence' then called back to say it was now ok?? Asked for a travel cot to be provided which they said they could do....an hour away from arriving and they called to say there was no longer one available!? I had travelled 3 hours so this meant nowhere for my baby to sleep. The apartment was filthy and run down then to top it off when i checked out had the nerve to keep my £100 because my daugher got sick on one of the towels!! When i asked for the photos and questioned why this cost £100 i recieved a reply 'sorry i cannot answer this question'. I wish i had read these other reviews before hand! Avoid avoid avoid!!!! I dealt with someone called 'Hazel'. I will be getting in touch with my bank as keeping the £100 as fraudelent.

Odd system where you have to call up and deposit cash, and send a passport photo. The “three bed” part of the review, is two fold out beds in the centre of the lounge and the pictures don’t really lead you to envision this.

Positive stay but for the price i paid, not worth the money as there was a very bad smell throughout the stay

Dreadful smell of drains throughout my stay, gave me a headache. Water from the ensuite bathroom ( shower), beyond piping hot, dangerously hot, if the water had immersed my body, i would have been badly burned. Had to request fans, as it was too stuffy, no air flow. Much better experience at Novu apartments the last time. This time it was not value for money.,Grottier less modern apartment than the last one

Loved it!

We stayed in the superior two bedroom apt and we loved it. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Double balcony was superb.

The communal areas are rough, no doubt about it. If you can get past that, then all is well.

We loved Liverpool and enjoyed our stay!

The location! The view! Spaciousness! Clean! Comfort!

Large full kitchen available and well stocked with dishes, etc. but was disappointed it lacked basics like salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels I would've expected. The apartment did provide 4 servings of coffee & tea.- but as a party of 3 staying 7 days - either bring some with or expect to go shopping sooner than later. We also noticed the apartment had been painted, but it was obvious the crew had been sloppy and spatters were noticable and some broken door locks too. Guessing that's why all the dirty footprints were on the carpet that led from the front door well out into the common hall area. In spite of it's spaciousness, it would be helpful to add some sort of coat hat rack and USB outlet/s. No serious complaints, just some improvement suggestions.

It wasn’t the property we asked for they said the emailed us an hour or so before our stay, I did not receive this email as I was out in town, It had a broken bed so me and my friend had to sleep together which we are not used to I rang them earlier on in the evening to tell them we had no bedding then I rang them to tell them about the broken bed they didn’t answer so I texted them I gave evidence of this, the property was not clean the bedroom doors wouldn’t close one bathroom door wouldn’t close as the carpets was too thick this was a fire hazard, we didn’t have a river view as requested they said they upgraded us to a apartment with a balcony this was a full and dirty balcony, they said I didn’t make all these complaints at the time but we did make the really necessary ones, I didn’t want to say too much in front of our friend who’s birthday it was for and she had been through a bad time lately

The property was close to the Center of town.

The carpets were stained and smelt awful, The chairs on our balcony were broken and the slabs on the balcony were loose. Also the worst nights sleep I’ve had mattress was super cheap and could feel and hear all the springs when you moved around. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Dissapointing

It was in the docks and that was pretty to look at but there’s nothing else positive about this place

Turned up to an absolutely shack of a room, didn’t even have cupboard doors, charged a small fortune and then they had a prepared script for the scenario. “Not all rooms are on the website” she said when I said it looks nothing like the picture. I was celebrating my engagement and I could’ve cried. Elevator was broken, lights where dim, the curtains didn’t fit, there was paint patches on the ceiling, big screws coming out the wall, horrible view, balcony couldn’t even open the door was broken. She did upgrade me, but it still wasn’t worth the price I paid, she told me to leave it how I found it because the don’t have a cleaner. That was obvious when we got into the second room and it stunk of cigarettes, there were random spare beds in each room, the iron was faulty, she did upgrade us so couldn’t complain again to be fair but I wouldn’t recommend this place, everything is either cheap, broken or old. The price is not worth it, they’re running a scam

Great location and nice property.

Location is PERFECT!!! Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Right on the water. Near the docks, museum, Liverpool One. Lots of nice places to see and to dine in. I was worried after reading some reviews but honestly the apartment was lovely! Loved the decor. Good value for money. Yes some of it could do with freshening up but you could say the same about most properties. We loved the little touches such as tea bags, sugar, washing machine etc.

The property location was excellent and the size of the property was good. However, the property needs a lot of TLC! I appreciate it wasn't the host's fault, but the entrance hall carpet was not good at all. First impressions do count and if the carpet was cleaned, it would have been a better first impression. The property was clean, but small things like the mirror in the living area was so smeary and needed a good clean.

Apartment was spacious and welcoming with a fantastic view of the docks from the balcony. Towels were folded for us on our beds upon arrival which gave a nice touch from the hosts.

I can only say one thing about this apartment and it was the large stain on the sofa in the living room, it was distinct enough to mention as it took up a large portion of the seat however myself nor other guests i stayed with were bothered by it.

The apartment was a filthy run down mess. The carpets were badly stained, along with the beds, curtains sofa & walls. The shower tray still had other people’s hair & dirt on it. The fridge was also dirty. A complete dirty mess.
