The night club outside was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, couldn’t hear the tv and the walls are so thin we could hear everything happening in other rooms

Very noisy from outside. Bright lights shining in until early hours. Bed very low. Pillows too big and hard. Would have been perfect a few streets back.

Disappointing stay.

central location though in a noisy neighbourhood. parking (paid) nearby.

vastly overpriced- i've stayed in much better for far less. Ikea grade furnishings. Characterless. Strictly no admittance prior to 1500h and repeatedly reminded of departure before 1000h. Left luggage- chargeable. Property is in an apartment complex on a pedestrianised street with noisy night time bars. (Ear plugs rather ominously are provided by the owners). Much external and internal noise. Approaching the property in the late evening you may walk thro clouds of cannabis smoke before reaching the entrance.

Not told it was right above pubs that stayed open till 4 am very noisy Also we paid over £309 for a night stay to sleep on a very unpleasant sofa bed also got to pay a exra £25 damages bill none refundable or pay £125 and not get back to over a week later Is your in your 29s and want to party all night this place might be for you but with the night price tag expected a lot better

Location and room

Having to pay that big of a security deposit. No option for early checkin was annoying and especially the charge for leaving bags in early, I thought that was a bit ridiculous.

The only thing is the loud music and noises from outside during the night but the property provides earplugs so its fine :)

Nice

The studio was spacious, clean. The staff was very helpful and caring. We were 4 and the sofa was not prepared when we arrived. The lady from the reception helped us and even gave us additional top mattress to make the sofa more comfortable. The location is in the very heart of Liverpool, close to everything - tourist places, railway station, shops.

The location being in the very center it was noisy in the night. There are bars with loud music till the morning on the street and the noise inside the apartment was disturbing during the night. May be not the best choice for family but for younger people who like to party during the night

The place was not very clean, with dust on the side of the wardrobe. The couch bed was not clean either and the pillow had hair on it. The beddings weren’t very clean, could feel my skin becoming itchy

Great Staff, great location, great price but noisy.

The location was spot on for anyone spending time in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If you’re looking for an early night forget about it as you are right in the heart of concert square which is lively and LATE!!!!

Unfortunately the pull out couch/bed has to be the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on especially in the second room we used No.7 apart from that and the door to balcony not closing fully the property was fine.

Perfect location, lovely friendly receptionists, decent size apartment, customer support is one of the best so far, very impressed with the time to reply, usually minutes! Will stay again, no doubt!

Hey guys, you know this is coming........ the booking process is a pain in the ****, fill in form, agree to terms, sign agreement and send back, send photo of passport/ID, go to a linked website to pay deposit, we had a multi destination trip, cleethorpes, Liverpool, grimsby, sheffield, etc, can you imagine if I had to do that lot fir every stay!

Great apartment hotel. Very good location easy to anywhere city Centre or airport. Bars around with full of music. Only if quiet sleeping requirement please make sure contact service before check in. The booking is very easy and all information will be sent before the check in date. And online offline service both very good and efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing place with super friendly staff

Could not have found a better place to stay, right where we wanted to be for our night out. Really clean, and nice apartments, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Easy to get checked in , easy to come and go when we please. A staff member was always about when needed, even gave us advice on where was best to go for our night out. I would recommend this place to anyone, who wants to be right at the heart of clubs, pubs and restaurants. If I’m ever to go back to Liverpool this will be my go to place to stay. Oh and the damage deposit was returned as stated with no problems at all.

The location was great, the place is nice and modern, and very clean.

The downside was that it was so hot, we had to go out and buy fans for the room as there was no air con. We would stay again but not in summertime. The bed wasn't very comfy, and the bed setee had a big dip in the middle.

Carina the hotel manager was amazing - catered for all our needs, welcoming and helped one of our group (multiple times) during our stay. Location fantastic and room was better than advertised! We had a great time and will definitely be back :)

The only good thing was the location

The location

Really loud since we had a pub below us with music until 4am on Sunday. The staff was never in the reception you had to text or call her so she can come downstairs (taking 10-15 mins to come down) and she charged us for luggage custody but the custody was leaving our bags in the floor next to the entrance. Room was really hot with no AC and no way to ventilation and the sofa was really uncomfortable, clearly not made for sleeping.

Apt over a pub that doesn’t close until 3am and a club across the street that doesn’t close until 6am!!!

We thought the location was good and the price was reasonable

When we arrived. They wouldn’t let us in because we hadn’t paid their deposit of 25 Pounds non refundable or 180 Pounds refundable. Even though we had paid their prepaid 462 Pounds which included a cleaning fee of 70 pounds. We arrived around 7pm and they kept us out until 8:30pm. I had no prior notification from them about this additional deposit extortion scheme. Pay 180 Refundable Pounds, ya right or a 25 Pounds extortion fee. While double parked and my wife and i pleading with them the remote operator, they would not let us in. After around 30 minutes she agreed to contact her manager and said she would call us back in 5 minutes. She eventually called us back in 15 minutes and finally gave the building code to get it. When we make it to the 3rd floor, the room key is in a lock box which they again refuse to give us until we give them the additional deposit. I thought the refundable 180 was too iffy to get it returned so paid the extortion fee of 25 Pounds to get into the apartment that we had already paid for.
