Staff where rude and didn’t let my friend into the apartment as they had accused of not staying in the property

The location was great for being in the centre, just tucked away but right beside everything for food, shops, entertainment. The staff were super helpful and chatty. The clubs nearby were noisy BUT once windows were closed etc you barely heard it so it didn't disturb sleep. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again
Unfortunately during our stay the lift broke and climbing the stairs was not great but not the worst. They were right onto maintenance though and we are aware a lot of time was spent to have the repair done

the location is great and bathroom was clean
the fact that we had to wait 30 min upon arrival to send us the code to get in our room was unacceptable.
Bed sheets were used by somebody else and were not changed. also the matress needs to be changed.
