Great location . Has everything you need. Nice white towels . Helpful staff.
It could do with a good vacuum- carpets had visible dust particles .

Location was great, easy walking distance to Albert Dock, Chinatown, and city centre. Nearby shops for any groceries.
Only 2 towels for 4 people. 2 people had to share a hand towel! Very sparse cutlery/crockery.

Great location, nice enough flat, bed was comfy.
Communication wasn't great, was sent an updated door code but the room number wasn't updated so walked into a room full of towels and sheets. Called and was given a new room number. Door code was also changed during the weekend without us being informed, luckily one of the group left and noticed others struggling with the door. Also had to help another customer who couldn't get in on her own. A new code system was blamed but 🤷🏻♀️
Would've liked having dishwasher tabs included, even 1 per day would be useful.

Property and facilities were great.
The WiFi connection was very bad and meant that I couldn’t work as scheduled which resulted in a lot of stress and meant I had to log on for a zoom meeting at a family member’s house elsewhere. Some areas of the property were scruffy and the framed pictures on the wall were broken.
