Excellent, easy to locate, lovely clean space

There was nothing that we didn’t like but if there was somewhere to leave luggage that would have been amazing. We know there are places locally to do so but the cost is prohibitive. Not sure if anyone else has left that feedback/suggestion but there was plenty of lobby space and so perhaps some sort of lockers/cupboards to do so. Although the cost for late checkout was also very good.

Nice apartment shame about customer service and support

had to chase the company for the pin code as it hadn’t been sent to me . I had to move apartments because mine was flooded . Plumber couldn’t make it so they moved me - no personal call or check if all was ok. .

The check-in process was very smooth with everything just working first time with no need to escalate or call someone.

Gorgeous apartment in a good location but no bag storage.

There was no baggage storage and they would only flex the checkin time if you paid per hour!

Location & good facilities

Paying extra for late check out after 10am. 10am seemed a bit early for checkout and had to pay to extend to 11am. You could also hear a lot of noise from outside.

Nice, clean apartment. Needs clothing storage.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped and in a good location, close walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The couch is uncomfortable - needs some throw pillows to make it more comfortable. There is no shelving, wardrobe, etc. for storage of clothing in the bedroom. Would be helpful to have hooks in bathroom to hang towels.

Couldn’t figure out the tv but managed a few channels. Some throws on the couch would have been a nice touch to keep cosy while watching tv.

Good location but ok facilities

The location was great and right in the centre of Liverpool. Check in was relatively smooth and it was relatively clean and tidy.

They don’t provide storage space if you come early and they charge extra for check in early and checking out late. There isn’t a microwave and isnt much hanging space in the master bedroom. There was also a used towel our room which they apologised for and offered late check out but this was not beneficial for us because we had already planned out train. They couldn’t offer any other compensation.

Pleasant

Was well placed. Tidy, compact, everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Could get a little noisy at times although earplugs were provided. Also there was no temperature control in the room and it was really hot and humid during our stay, a fan was provided.

Overall very good, would definitely revisit in a large group.

Rooftop was awesome, room was very nice and trendy. Location was excellent and communication from the property owners/staff was very good.

Only complain was that the floor was quite mucky and could’ve done with a mop!

Very enjoyable, comfortable apartment and within walking distance of everywhere.

Loved : location very central and close to everything/ even though central apartment very quiet no noise experienced during stay / loved bathrooms/ beds very comfortable/ liked key entry no need for keys all family can let themselves in if separated

You need a microwave I know oven is also one but theres plenty of room on counter for one. Fridge in apartment 7 needs to be updared shelves are broken (one in door broke keeps dropping out). Apartment needs fresh coat of paint as tried looking in places. Showers particular around the bottom of shower screen needs spraying with mould remover.

Clean, spacious, great location.

The property was in very good place, all needed location are 7-10 minutes away from walk. Despite of that, the bedrooms are still quiet and beds are very comfortable. Earplugs were prepared which was also very pleasant. Apartment is clean, spacious bathroom.

Maybe single bedsheets would be an advantage, I believe we could arrange that but I haven’t thought about it. However it is still not a minus

location is super, spacious and clean.

something strange happened to me as booked this apparent 2 months ago and i paid 30 days before arrival. after i paid the price went down with 20% and the hotel refused to give me a refund . Windows shutters were not working and it was noisy at night . I recommend to put a sofa bed that can turn to be a bed in the living room instead a normal couch.

Fantastic 3 days, great appartments, great city.

Appartment was spotless, well equipped kitchen, fabulous bathroom comfortable beds and lots of little extra touches, also had a lovely roof terrace. Great location lots of bars and restaurants five minutes walk away. Would highly recommend these appartments.

Great communication with hosts. Excellent location 5-10 mins walk from Lime Street Station and very close to all you could need in the City Centre. Very clean and beautifully furnished apartment. Exceeded expectations!

Nothing wrong with the apartment at all. There's a karaoke style Irish bar across the road which is a bit loud but all is quiet when that closes. Not really an issue.

This apartment was on the doorstep for everywhere we required. Beautiful décor, comfy beds. Early check in was required unexpectedly last minute that was accommodated within an hour.
