Great location, very central and lots of bedrooms.
We were quite a large group and were a bit short on towels.

Great location in the Georgian Quarter. Central to everything. Lovely property, well equipped kitchen and sitting rooms. There are 3 bedrooms (2 on top floor) and 2 large sitting rooms, both of which have a sofa bed, so it's effectively 5 bedrooms. Host was responsive and helpful.
Only 1 set of keys which was tricky with a group of 5 of us. Unusual not to have a key box. There was an unpleasant drains smell from the downstairs toilet. Only 1 bathroom/shower. Some of the pillows need replacing.

Location was ideal. We were visiting the Anglican cathedral and the Philharmonic Hall - the house was about 5 minutes walk from each. Also a gentle 10 minute downhill stroll to Liverpool One. The kitchen was well equipped. We were met at the property to collect keys and just had to leave them there when we left - all very easy. The house warmed up very quickly and the heating system was efficient. 2 separate sitting rooms with TVs so room to spread out if needed.
No information about the accessibility of the property before we arrived despite asking - there are 3 steps up to the front door. A floor plan would have helped us as didn't realise the bathroom was on top (3rd floor). Bedside lights in each bedroom would be useful. Mostly clean and comfortable but could maybe do with a deep clean (under furniture etc). One downstairs toilet and one 3rd floor shower room was ok for the 3 of us but if the house was at full sleeping capacity it could be a bit pressured for the single shower. The windows are single glazed, the road is cobbled and it is on way back from the city for people on a night out - definitely need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
