Style, location, facilities and room sizes were great.
The worst thing was that the boiler that seemed to provide hot water for all apartments was in the hall of our apartment (E - in the basement) so was constantly firing up, even thru the night, and it wasn’t quiet!
Doors in the apartment had the auto close chains and slammed shut. They need soft close on them
On our last day we had to check out at 10 and I messaged the landlord to see if we could hang on to the parking permit for an hour and return it at 11. Given that the next people, if any, wouldn’t be checking in until 3 I didn’t think it would be a problem
But we were point blank refused which I thought was just downright mean and unnecessary

The shower is terrible and the flat was very dusty. Some of the furniture is beginning to fall apart and there is a lot of noise from hard floors in flat above. Great location. Spacious flat for 2.
