This apartment was beautiful and just what we needed! Myself and 3 friends stayed here for 2 nights - our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until late in the night but the staff were so understanding and accommodating. Especially Charlie in particular, he was quick to reply to any questions or issues I had.

Not much, took a little while to heat up but that’s expected at this time of year!

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in

The property was outstanding . Everything u need in the kitchen the beds where very comfy . Nice big shower settee was amazing the apartment was spotless. And the host was a lovely lady couldn’t do enough for u . We have booked again for next week .

The shower is terrible and the flat was very dusty. Some of the furniture is beginning to fall apart and there is a lot of noise from hard floors in flat above. Great location. Spacious flat for 2.

Good location for central city centre Liverpool. Good communication from owners. A few night little touches, tea, coffee, milk etc. Had all the facilities we needed.

We needed to use the sofa bed, which was not that comfortable, and it seemed to be close to needing replacing (creaks). The master bedroom was rather dusty!

Prime location, clean and modern.

It’s location was perfect. Everything was clean and well equipped.

The only downfall is that we were on the top floor, which is difficult with a heavy suitcase as there’s no stairs, but it’s manageable.

Enjoyable Stay

Everybody enjoyed their stay. Flats were comfortable and well equipped. The location was amazing, everything was fairly close by. We would stay again!

The only faults were the pull out beds that were uncomfortable due to the mattresses and you roll into the middle of them. The bins weren't emptied before we arrived and the kitchen was full of fruit flies because of this. The stairs to the flats were endless. Could do with making it known on the website.

Great apartment, comfortable :)

Property was clean and comfy beds and everything we needed Iron was good , iron board , hairdryer , kitchen was spot on , nice sitting room area and slept well . About 25 mins walk from city centre or a taxi was about £7.00 and took 3 mins :)

We stayed as a group of 5 meeting for a weekend away. Clean and tidy, great location, great value for money. Parking available which is a big benefit. The host was really helpful, friendly and responsive.

Great apartment - location and facilities.

Location amazing. Nice street and very close to local pub. Only 10mins walk to many bars (Ropewalks). Apartment has everything you need (iron, hairdryer, oven, microwave etc). Comfy beds. TV in each room.

Only thing was the electric shower was not good. The temperature fluctuated. That’s it.

Beautiful property, great location.

The property was in the perfect location, walking distance to the cathedral and town centre. There is a bus stop outside that takes you to and from the airport. The property was stylish and clean, we were all very impressed.

Good stay enjoyed the apartment

Mixed bag on this property, location is 30 minutes walk from the city centre, pictures onsite are true to the apartment you accommodate, there is a 24 hour help line an communication is very good, would consider staying again, tv in each room, fans was provided for the hot and car permit for one person, plenty of towels and shower was amazing after a hot weekend, fridge and other amenities in kitchen all clean and tidy

This so where it gets complicated, they send you a form to state about damages my wavier is for damage and loss of up to 500 check your forms, when I went in to the property there was already some damage I took photos and town stamped before arrival including a broken mirror panel that was on the floor, one key was provided and when I called as there was a medical emergency (one girl had epilepsy and had a fit behind the door and it shut before the rest of party could gain access, I called the host to ask for another key as an emergency they said that we had both, we didn’t and to try calling my friend, she was out cold on the floor and was trying to avoid an ambulance possibly breaking down the door After an hour of back and fourth the ambulance arrived and my friend had become conscious again and opened the door, the next day an message arrived about charging for missing keys I think not under the booking,com terms and conditions property’s can not slap feed on to consumers after purchase if it hasn’t been highlighted already before sale, then more messages arrived about damages etc, lucky this was already recorded via myself, also advise take a video of the condition the house on upon arrive and once when you leave Cleaning wise most places where very clean others where not, bedding when stripped was covered in stains and hair and pillows are a bit yellow and stained, some areas had lots of dust, kitchen and living room was very good but no washing up liquid provided to wash up when leaving so purchased it myself, only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days The intercom for some of the apartments are hooked up wrong we was in D and anyone in C keep buzzing up to us and vise versa when I was using the intercom for D is was ringing though to E

Lovely stay, few small tweaks would make it better

Bright modern, clean apartment had all the amenities we needed for a three day stay, and a relaxing evening in after busy days, great location for getting out and about.

The apartment was very clean and wouldn't want to detract from that, but there was mould around the sign in the shower, probably due to condensation. There was also quite a bit of water marks in the bedrooms perhaps from a historic leak and did wonder if rain would get in. But none did. The apartment is on the fourth floor ( very high narrow staircase with no lift) I would not have booked if this had been highlighted as I was traveling with my elderly mum so was a bit difficult.

Communication was very clear and well thought through, the appartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great to have fans in there as it was super hot!

Perfect for a stay in Liverpool

The property was very clean and bright . The decor was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed walking in and out of the centre. It was also quiet at night and felt very safe .

Expected it to be better quality

The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

It felt scruffy. Needed re-painting and quality of kitchen and furniture was poor. Two seater sofa bed in lounge was fine for us but not enough if more than two people staying.

The location was perfect and the apartment good for 5/6 person. It is well furnished and very clean. It is also easy to get it from the Airport and it is near the city centre.

Lots of stairs. It would be better to have some freestanding fans in the bedrooms to prevent it being stuffy. Opening the windows made it noisy.

Good location

It was just about passable cleanliness wise, a lot of dust on the stairs, under the beds and furniture. It was obvious that the apartment gets a very quick clean between customers . The table mats for example had stains on them that came out with a quick rub of a cloth. The tops of lockers etc…. Weren’t very clean, again they got a very quick rub. I went over everything with dettol wipes. It’s a pity because with a small apartment it shouldn’t be that much trouble to pull back beds , lockers etc…. Instead of letting dust just build up ! Under the mats were the same, some dirt and dust . I think people do notice under furniture and beds and expect everywhere to be clean not just the parts of the floor that can be seen. There was a strange smell on the stairs and hallway and overall the stairs and hallway area wasn’t very inviting .

Location is good, only a short walk into the main city centre. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed as a family of four and had plenty of space. Everything you need for cooking etc. Easy to check in and out.

In a excellent location with free parking for 1 car. Had all the bits you needed for a weekend apart from a dish washer but had a washing machine. Very good communication with the owner and smart simple check in
