New Oxford House Apartments By Happy Days

Nice apartment and had everything we needed for just a couple of nights. Good location. Not far from the Cavern quarter.

It's good to have free parking, but the messing about to go pick up the pass from the office and then drop it off is a bit of a pain and you need to factor that into your arrival and departure time. A digital code option would make the experience better and ease of check in. Also just make the deposit part of the booking price. I paid the deposit when I picked up the pass in person as I'm not keen on giving card details over the phone.

Huge apartment & very clean. Our original one was not available due to problems with the previous tenants so put in this one which was much bigger. 3 bedrooms so me & my sons had a room each. Nice comfy beds & great living area. Great position too.

Was very hot in the property but the weather was boiling out. There were 2 bathrooms & one was an en-suite. They both had a really bad odour, of drains & sewage, it was quite unbearable. The main bathroom the smell slightly subsided after use & a bit of spray. The en-suite was unusable & kept the door shut otherwise stunk the room. As we were only there 2 nights & just the 3 of us we used just the one. But it sleeps 16 & that would be hard.

The location was perfect, close to everything but also quiet. It was spacious and the couch was very comfortable. Nice balcony too!

The Wi-Fi was very hit and miss - worked sometimes. Also, 2 of the beds were comfortable but 1 of them was so flat you could feel every spring. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

It was located in a central place and easy to find .. checking in with the code was also easy

Apartment smelled weird when we checked in . Wasn’t a great smell at all .. the fridge was also smelling even though it was empty The Windows of both the living area and rooms were not working well I.e you can’t open it so it wasn’t really good The bathroom was also not great because when you bath , the water wouldn’t go down the drain on time .. we were 3 in the apartment and I had to stay inside the water to take a bath after each other because the water wouldn’t go down the drain properly and the bathroom also had a damp smell
