Great location for our visit. Loved the secure parking and overall the apartment was excellent value for money for a city centre stay. The apartment was clean, warm and well equipped.
The joining details could have been clearer as we had a few problems finding the block and then finding the parking but Aeron quickly helped us. The communal areas are not as well maintained as the apartment.

The hosts were so helpful and kind, the apartment was so comfy with everything you could need. The beds were huge and comfortable, the en suite shower was fab. Honestly just book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed. Deposit returned in a few days with no issues, I will certainly stay here again. Thank you so much :)

Very spacious and reasonably priced for the area, only a short walk from the city centre.
Beds were plenty comfortable and big enough, property was clean, tidy and had all the normal facilities you would expect.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Tara who gave us the keys and a quick tour of the apartment. The apartment was close to the docks and easy to navigate to.
The £150 security deposit was not “24h return” it did take an additional 3 days to be returned however this was dealt with by the host and communicated with them.

Great communication with the hosts, perfect location with amazing views of the Mersey (we even saw the Queen Mary 2 dock, thanks to the hosts information). 15 minute stroll to the city centre and all its attractions (we’re in our 50’s so didn’t rush). All the amenities we needed and more, with easy access via the lifts and secure parking. Very quiet inside the apartment, no noise from outside. We couldn’t have asked for more. We visit Liverpool regularly and will definitely use this apartment again.

The unit is spacious, clean and well decorated. The property us walking distance to all the touristy places in Liverpool. Everything is just few minutes away. The host was very accomodating and responsive. We arrived late at night in Liverpool and they met us for check-in.

I booked this apartment for 2 nights to celebrate my sons 25th birthday. I booked the apartment because of the facilities, size, location, and value for money as it includes a free onsite parking space.
I was slightly apprehensive about a negative review I read on here, and so I contacted the host and expressed my worries and concerns. He could not have been more helpful, understanding, and reassuring. He assured me that we would have a fantastic experience and that we would all have a great stay. He most definitely delivered, and 100% proved the bad review wrong! We were NOT disappointed in the slightest.
The apartment was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and has the most comfiest beds. We really loved and appreciated all the added extras like the toiletries, coffee/tea/condiments, and cleaning products along with the lovely scented candles.
The location is superb and within walking distance from the docks and city centre. It has a spectacular view of the river Mersey.
The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Their comminication was second to none, and we received our security deposit back very quickly after checking out.
I will most definitely be coming back to stay again soon and would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Liverpool

The host came to meet us and showed us where to park He took us up to the property and showed us around then gave us the keys, the place was fantastic the views amazing clean tidy the host left tea coffee sugar milk biscuits lots of fresh towells everything was perfect, close to the city centre and the docks are fantastic

The property itself was ok, couldn’t find on a map, or in person not very well known.
Very run down. Very unclean when we got there. Fish fingers left in the air fryer, microwave dirty, glasses left in the sink, hair left everywhere. Towels damp. Bins not emptied. Food from previous guests left in the fridge. Very unpleasant. Disappointed as paid for the welcome package and stated in messages that it would be better for kids as had 2 with us. Nothing of that nature in the property. Spoke to the owner and he offered a £50 refund as it wasn’t clean to their standard as stated previous guests weren’t good. Then after we complained and he got very intimidating towards us and being defensive and backtracked on the £50 refund. Accused us of extorting money from him. Very rude. Customer service unprofessional and unacceptable. Would avoid at all costs. All proof has been kept and complaints going forward as he was not a very nice man to deal with. Will
Be lodging a complaint with booking.com and would take this further as he has ruined our stay here.

Steer Clear! ⚠️
The Host is a scammer, he is running an illegal subletting business without the landlord's notice. You will get no support whatsoever from the apartment staff as they have warned him severally to stop subletting the apartment.
Secondly, he will reach out to you last minute and make you pay a deposit in cash or bank transfer into his account and then play all tricks he can to keep your money after your stay. Problem being, since it's cash or bank transfer, the money is hardly recoverable.
This host texted me on Whatsapp threatening my job, calling my partner a prostitute, insulting my family and writing unprintable words in a bid to intimidate us into leaving the deposit with him. Asked him for evidence multiple times for the damages he claimed, and he had nothing to show but a photo of the bedding stained with makeup and photos from an overspilled bin that needs cleaning.
I would post the screenshot of our chat but there is no need for that. Would gladly do if he denies anything I have said!

The property is in the centre of the city. It’s 10 minutes walk to Matthew St. We had a good view of the Albert Dock .There are facilities to prepare and cook food. We had free parking as well and air condition. We had good communication with the host.
We will be booking again in the near future.

The only down fall was the smell of cigarettes in the main area however It wouldn’t put me off staying again and could have just been the guests before us smoking in there

Our experience with Ventro Apartments Liverpool was deeply disappointing and highly unprofessional. Despite receiving a confirmation of our booking well in advance, when my colleagues arrived at the property, no one was there to greet them and the accommodation was not ready. After several unanswered calls, the host finally responded around 10:15 PM and said it would take another 35–45 minutes to prepare the apartment. That’s an unacceptable delay at such a late hour, especially for a confirmed booking.
We explained that it was not feasible for guests to wait outside that long, and requested a cancellation and refund. Instead of accepting responsibility, the host was argumentative and accused us of being deceitful, despite clear communication from our end and even Booking.com confirming our version of events. Their response lacked any accountability or basic customer service.
What could have been resolved with an apology and a prompt refund escalated due to the host's rude and defensive attitude. This is not the first time we've booked serviced accommodation, but it is the first time we've encountered such a level of disorganisation and disrespect.
Avoid if you expect reliability, professionalism, or even just a basic standard of hospitality.

AVOID this place like the plague. Firstly, this person will request a deposit of £150.00, which would not be a problem and is a common thing, if it was not for the fact he asks for the deposit to be paid via bank transfer, which gives to the customer NO PROTECTION at all in case of a dispute. Ther is no way to get the money back. He could charge cards or use booking, but he does kt want to because this would mean conduct business in a ethical and honest way. Which clearly is not what this person wants to do. We left the keys inside the flat and realised once we were outside. Called the property asking for assistance. The person that handed over the keys to us advised she was now in Cardiff and she only helped the owner, who was now in abroad and could not assist. Managed to contact the host who advised there was no one available to us to get access to the property. He advised we only had three options: 1) pay £250.00 to get his daughter to come and give us a copy of the keys, 2) call a locksmith, 3)wait until 2 pm the day after to get access to the property. I explained I had helat issues and needed to take medicines (which were inside the flat) and needed my CPAP machine to sleep due to severe sleep apnoea. This was none of their concern. I then asked if I could go to collect the keys by myself as I am lucky enough that was my car and I have been asked to go to collect the keys in bi.ham. The most shocking thing is that this person is a compulsive liar. He lies about everything. he Lied about me contacting his daughter and being rude to her. the only issue here is that I never spoke with her. I only spoke with the lady that gave us the keys who explained us that she is just a friend of this guy and only helped him by giving us the keys of the flat and she was now in Cardiff and asked us to contact him directly. I was not rude as this is not my style. He then claimed I was intoxicated, when actually I had been all afternoon to a sport event and drove .....
....up to birmingham to collect the keys and back. The morning after he sent someone at 9 am to collect BOTH keys of the apartment (the initial one and the copy) despite check out was only later on, essentially chucking us out of the flat. We left te clat in immaculate condition. No deposit has been returned. Contacted to return the deposit he refuses to do so because "his daughter had to take the day off due to me being rude" . Which is simply preposterous. In fact we went to collect the keys at a pub where the daughter was partying and clearly the day off was due to a massive hangover. This person has been behaving like a gangster keeping very threatening behaviour for the whole time, being aggressive and intimidating. I kept low profile seeking cooperation because for me accessing my medical device was more important than anything else, however, despite effort this person kept pushing. We also spoke to the consiergeand found out that htye are carrying this business illegally. This person is just a normal tenant of the flat and building rules are that no holiday letting business can be conducted. He is not allowed to sublet the flat but he is doing it without having the right to do. I have now reported to booking and hopefully this structure will be removed.

Two lovely sized bedrooms. The location of the property was fab. Great value for money too.
We brought our elgrande car/ van, so double check the height of your car prior to travelling, as may not be suitable for the car parking set up.
We had slight issue/ delay with our deposit.

The apartment was easy to find and parking was available for 1 car underground. An NCP car park was found just round the corner for our 2nd car. The purpose of our visit was to spend the weekend as friends doing a bit of shopping then enjoy a meal and drinks in the evening. We took advantage of taxis but the attractions, shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The apartment was clean and tidy, Aeron the host was so friendly and met us on arrival, he also kept in contact with us and offered assistance if needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
The layout of the apartment was a bit odd with angled rooms and pillars blocking floor area but it didn’t restrict our ability to move about.
