This was our second stay in this apartment. We find it very central. Good value for money. Everthing we needed was at the flat.

An earlier check in would have been great but I know that it is a standard procedure so it was ok in the end. we managed.

It was fine in the end but we were put in an apt that wasn't prepared for the right amount of people

The apartment was nice!

Unfortunately a mix up with the bookings meant we were delayed getting our keys as we were given the wrong code, then the room wasn't made up for the correct amount of people, and when I requested more bedding and towels we were still short a towel

On arrival place was freezing cold Only a plug in rad in the main bedroom and the window was broken. Didn't open or close. Taped up and draughty. Had to use 2 duvets. Bed base in main bedroom was broken. We had to take matress off and turn the base as I kept rolling and falling out 🤣 Smell of cannabis in the hallway every evening. (Prob not the fault of the host) Main issue was only 1 set of keys for 4 adults. Nightmare when people wanted to go out separately or stay out later. Did message host but no reply. Kitchen floors and carpets quite dirty on arrival.

Perfect apartment in prime location

The apartment was in the perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool. Everything from Liverpool One, to restaurants (literally on your doorstep) and brilliant bars. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The team that runs the apartment were brilliant and quickly responded to my enquiries, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

False advertising, patronising and rude property management

The location was the only good thing about it.

The fact the apartment looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. The musty smell Worn carpets in the tiny living room Damaged cupboards in the kitchen Parts of the walls not painted fully The toilet coming away from the wall The bathroom taps taking an age to turn on, you had to turn the taps for quite some time to see any water The masking tape instead of sealant on the bathroom sink The dirty, worn bath with a cheap shower on the wrong side of the wall; making it rather uncomfortable to use- if we actually forced ourselves to stay there! Cheap small double bed which a prison would normally provide. The lock on the main door being old, not easily functional causing panic that I was not going to be able to get out of this disappointing property. The lack of understanding, patronising response from the people who manage this property- and only one response from our emails to discuss the matter. Also being informed that what we paid was not in fact expensive and what we pay for is what we get, essentially. Working class people wanting a nice break after a tough few months but hey, apparently, we're being ridiculous because we want what was advertised! Should have listened to previous reviews but we like to give the benefit of doubt. We have had no further response to resolve this matter and have lost money and a weekend we really needed to relax. Avoid, I'd rather stay in a hostel!

Good location, decent flat but wasn't clean and quite few things weren't working

Location is great

The place wasn't clean, the dining table was broken, there was no toilet paper, the bin lid was broken. Mattresses and pillows were of low quality, closet with boiler full of sheets on top and other stuff which seemed a hazard for fire

Absolutely awful !!

Unfortunately we only liked the location

The penthouse apartment was on the 5th floor with a lift that was not working and we have since been told that it had not been working for over a week. We were booked in for 2 nights. The apartment was sparse with minimal equipment, it was dirty and shabby. We tried to speak to the property personnel on arrival at 16.50 but did not have any contact until approx 9.30 the following morning after we had reluctantly stayed in the property for the night. We were then told that there was a lift as stated in the property details and it wasn't their fault that it did not work !! We were a party of 10 with an average age of 60 and this property was not fit for our needs, had we have known the lift was not working we would not have booked it, never mind the state of the inside of the property. We booked another apartment with Base Apartments on the other side of the complex which was clean, well equipped and amazing, far more superior to the original one and also cheaper. Base staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating letting us transfer into their property straight away. We have asked Booking.com customer services for a full refund on this original property and we would definitely not recommend it to anyone else.

Great location - brighten the lights and add a mirror or two

Location was perfect, 1 minute away from Liverpool One. Restaurants below the apartment were amazing.

The lighting and lack of mirrors. There was no main light in the master bedroom only bedside lights. The main light in the lounge was dull and it was like sitting in a cinema. Other than the bathroom mirror there were two small mirrors in the lounge which wasn’t great when there was three females trying to get ready for an evening out.

Brilliant group stay in spacious, well located apartment

Spacious apartment in a brilliant location! Couldn’t have asked for more from a group accommodation. The place has everything you need whether that’s for a short stay or slightly longer with its kitchen. Place has great views as well from its balcony so it’s a great spot if it’s your first time visiting Liverpool.

Enjoyable family stay in Liverpool

Collected from a shop which is very close to the apartment. Just showed him the code on our confirmation key and were given the keys. The apartment is in a fantastic location near the city centre and Albert Docks. The little balcony gave great views over the city and the kitchen was stocked with washing up liquid, cloths and spray which are all helpful. Parking wasn't available at the apartment but was given an alternative which was just round the corner - reasonably priced too.

The apartment was quite basic - needs a few more homely touches. There were alot of spare fold up beds stored in the lounge and bedroom. The shower in the main bedroom leaks a bit and there was a random sheet left in the wardrobe (not sure if it was clean or not). Couldn't get the tv to work - there were no instructions. We were only here 2 nights so for the location and ease to get to, it is a good little place.

Amazing city centre apartment in china town!

This is without doubt a real home away from home. The location is excellent, just on the corner of china town and within easy walking distance from absolutely everything! We had an amazimg time and will stay here again 100%! the apartment has absolutely everyrhing you need and exceeded all our espectations in every sense. Located on a main road, yet extremely quiet as the apartment is inside a quiet residential plaza with amazing restaurants downstairs, It is an easy 10- 15 min walk to the cathedral, liverpool lime street and central stations, lidl supermarket and the centre of town you cannot fault this lovely apaŕtment. The host was extremely gracious & axcommodating with our check in- check out. We only stayed for 2 nights but wished we had booked for longer as we had a fantastic time. More importantly, as three single females we felt incredibly safe and comfortable here especially at night when we walked back home from the city centre. Theres lots of great bars nearby and within a stones throw from bold street. The beds were super comfy, plenty of hot water for all 3 to shower. we had tons of towels and the lovely host had left us complimentary tea/coffee/ sugar etc... condiments,shampoo, shower gels even all cleaning products and washing powder for rhe machine if you were staying longer and needed to wash your clothes. You would be equally comfortable here for 1 night or for 1 month as this truly is a " home"

Massive apartment, clean and central.

We loved our stay in Liverpool. The apartments were perfect and close to the arena which was perfect for our evening out. We had dinner in the amazing Italian in the building, and walked to our gig. Breakfast was in the apartments and we had everything we needed to cook a full english for 8 people! Plenty of sofa space, and enough chairs around the dinner table for us all. Super clean, and smelt clean and fresh. We have just booked again for our next friends catch up at Christmas. Special thanks to Amy for being so helpful.

Great location

The apartment was spacious and was in a great location. There were towels, an iron, hairdryer, cutlery/crockery and tea provided. Amy was really helpful.. check in was easy.

only 1 set of keys made it difficult as when we were going out, we had to work out who was going to be back first or else wait about for whoever had the key.

It is a different appartment once you find it! not the one in the photos

The location was good.

I had no contact off the property regarding questions I had until 1 day before my booking. Have to walk around 8minutes from the property to pick the keys up from a shop where quite a miserable rude man gives you the keys. Then the directions given to find the appartment were wrong so in total spent 30 minutes walking with my child and suitcases before even getting anywhere.... once in the appartment I noticed it was a completely different appartment to what was advertised and what I paid for. Was told I would have the WiFi for the lack of communication but it didnt work for my stay. Very noisy from the sound of other appartments music and closing doors all night. 1 bed was ok, the other was uncomfortable and thin mattress.

We stayed at Liverpool City Centre Apartments for a long weekend with my three children, and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect – right on Duke Street and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Liverpool!

The location was spot on where we needed it to be and the view was lovely, also the person on call Amy was very helpful when needed

The linen had stains on The back door had a bolt on due to the lock being broken Only 1 key which wasn’t great due to there being 9 of us and the intercom was broken too No lock on one bathroom door No TV connection so couldn’t get any channels for Netflix etc which was in description En-suite shower just trickles water so 9 of us had to take in turns for one shower
