Location is excellent - so close to shops, entertainment and food
Apartment was spotlessly clean with basic stuff like tea and coffee provided
Easy to collect and drop off keys - keys were ready slightly early which was great

Had all the facilities you would need
On arrival place was freezing cold
Only a plug in rad in the main bedroom and the window was broken. Didn't open or close. Taped up and draughty. Had to use 2 duvets.
Bed base in main bedroom was broken. We had to take matress off and turn the base as I kept rolling and falling out 🤣
Smell of cannabis in the hallway every evening. (Prob not the fault of the host)
Main issue was only 1 set of keys for 4 adults. Nightmare when people wanted to go out separately or stay out later. Did message host but no reply.
Kitchen floors and carpets quite dirty on arrival.
