Disappointing

The geographical location and the set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy check-in.

There was no hot water or heating in the morning and when we reported the issue we got no response from the host. There were no curtains just very thin white blinds so that, due to the outside street lighting, in the bedrooms it felt like daytime in the middle of the night. The flat also lacked any soundproofing from the outside so that, due to the city centre location, even with the windows closed, the flat was very noisy all night. With a bit more TLC this could be a good place to go.

We had a comfortable and fun stay - it felt like home from home.

The property gave a homely feel with some lovely added touches. The heating had been on before our arrival meaning that the property was warm and cosy for us. The property is in a great location, a 3 minute walk away from St Johns car park and a perfect location for shopping etc in the city centre. We required an extra duvet and pillows and John was with us within the hour with these. John was friendly and nothing was too much bother for him.

location was perfect, was clean and spacious in bedrooms and bathroom. There were no cooking facilities or toaster but did not affect our stay. the apartment was on the top floor and there are only stairs but again it did not affect our stay. The only point I would make is the top floor has beams and I got up in middle of the night for the bathroom and walked smack bang into the first one and nocked me for six. So I would recommend that the owner puts some padding on both sides of the beams. They are marked and light is on all night but eyes did not adjust to the light quickly and unfortunately it caught me out. ( I was sober) Other than that good value for one night,

Excellent

Loved having 3 double beds in one place which meant we could all stay together and didn’t have to squeeze into singles. The whole place was very clean and beds super soft and comfortable with decent pillows. Kitchen dining area is a good size with smart teles in all the rooms so you can sign into Netflix/prime/disney. Perfect for families and ideal for Liverpool one. Nice coffee shop and little Tesco literally across the road for milk/bread etc. Host was really friendly. Just a phone call away and happy to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

We couldn’t find any cutlery & we struggled to hang up our clothes. Also maybe a suggestion to put black out blinds on the windows as there seemed to be a lot of street light at night.

Good apartment in a great location worked well for our stay.

Great location spacious clean apartment having the en-suite is a big plus when everyone needing to shower.

Rooms very bright at night due to blinds and not curtains. Short on cups glasses etc if more than three people there. Requires a table/ dressing table in one of the rooms to enable you to set toiletries/ makeup on when getting ready to go out.

We had a great time overall.

Spacious apartment, good (if slightly noisy) location. Plenty of restaurants within reach.

Cutlery drawer hidden away, so could easily miss it, as we did initially. Put a sign to indicate its location on the kitchen counter. No bread knife. Had to hack away at the loaf. Peculiar jungle decor with disco lights in bedrooms! Sensor lights in hallway irritating at night. Main bathroom in unfortunate position far away from bedroom. But it all added to the hilarity of the experience! We had a laugh!

Great location - property needs work.

Location was perfect for city centre access.

I appreciate this is a 'basic' place to stay, but having been in the same business for 15 years, I have some experience. At the very least you should provide: Shower gel/shampoo Hand soap Kitchen roll Also: Fix the blocked shower drain. Get something to cover the skylight windows - it's not fun to have a bright room at 5am. Ditto - curtains for the windows in other bedroom.

Don’t stay if you plan to sleep here!

Location was great and guy who helped with check in was very helpful. The property has pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

The apartments desperately need curtains or black out blinds. The surrounding area noise (theres a night club close by blasting music until 7am) which is somewhat to be expected mixed with so much morning light meant that on our one child free night a year we were all up long before our babies/toddlers were at home! On review of the apartment pictures they do not show curtains but upon booking to be honest I didn’t even notice. Curtains or decent blinds are pretty standard hospitality. In our apartment the blinds were white so the rooms were incredibly bright from sunrise at 5am (not great when you stumbled in at 2). I understand these apartments are new so perhaps a working project but the flooring was unfinished in one part of the apartment which is a bit of a trip hazard. The apartment is very tricky to find as it has no signage which left me walking around for 20 mins thinking I was going mad until I finally caved and called them to find out I was already there! The property either needs a little door sign or better communication before the booking of what to look out for. Also the wifi did not work - not a big problem for us but if you’re staying for work it would be. We didn’t even try the TV’s.

To be honest we couldn’t decide if this was used as an HMO or a brothel! We were given flat 3 which is not even slightly close to the pictures on Booking.com website. It was dark and dreary with a very odd set up - fortunately we didn’t stay in for many hours - it was awful for the money we paid

It was ideally located and very spacious

There was nothing I disliked as such, but it does feel like it’s missing some finishing touches, mainly in the bathroom. There’s no radiator to dry towels, it could have done with a mirror and also a blind because the bottom two panes were frosted but the top two weren’t which isn’t ideal when using the shower as you can be seen from across the road. But these are just small cosmetic things which didn’t ruin our stay. Just something to bear in mind for future guests

Molt bona situació però l'apartament una mica senzill.

Varem tenir problemes amb uns vinils que es van desenganxar de la paret i ens van caure sobre el llit. També varem tenir un problema amb la porta del lavabo que es va quedar tancada per dintre. Com era al vespre vam decidir no trucar al amfitrió. Al demà mati vam parlar amb ell i enseguida ens va indicar on estava la clau pèr accedir. Tot i aixi considero que el pany d'un lavabo no haura de tenir clau per evitar aquest problema.
