The location was amazing
The communication was really poor someone should have responded in how to check in before the day before and that was only after I chased and chased It put damper as I travelled quite some distance to get to Liverpool and it caused a little stress

Great location, clean comfortable facilities. John was very accommodating and friendly.
Not finished to a high standard , drinking water tap not connected to, no coffee or milk in the kitchen although there were teabags and sugar but we do not drink that.
