Clean, bright, comfortable, warm
No welcome pack or information sheet, explaining about equpiment.
Equipment not as advertised ( NO coffee maker) which is important to us even if it just a cafetière.

Great feel to the room, and felt really cosy.
Good facilities and cleanliness.
Reasonably priced.
Had a leak from the one of the lights above the shower in the bathroom, which we reported and was satisfactorily dealt with.
Main gripe, was that there were no instructions for using the fireplace and heating.

The apartment is in a great location and was very clean. The communication was great and access was very easy. It was very nice having a television with access to the BBC and other terrestrial channels rather than having to rely exclusively on streaming channels.
There were no "instructions" in the apartment. So, for example, when I arrived I had no idea how to regulate the heat. I did email through Booking.com and got a quick response and figured it out, but some material regarding things in the apartment would be helpful.
I know that the idea of what an Airbnb has changed from when I first started using them, but some things in the apartment to "warm" it up would be nice. As it is the apartment is a bit "cold" as there is no artwork or anything. I will admit the fake fireplace is a nice touch!! But something above the large television, for example, would be nice. But to be clear, the apartment is very nice!!!
