Clean and in a good location.
It was described as ‘luxury’ which it definitely isn’t. As basic accommodation, it was great, but if they’re going to advertise it as more than that, they should expect customers to be disappointed. The pillows were very high and firm which meant I slept badly. I didn’t need to use the kitchen much, but if I had, I might have found the lack of equipment to be a problem. Weak shower that kept losing temperature. I also wasn’t that happy about being expected to pay a £100 deposit nor getting my access code until only a few minutes before I was allowed to check in. It was fine because it did arrive, but it left me concerned whether I was being scammed and would be left with no code and nowhere to stay.

I liked how tidy and clean it was and one thing I wanna mention is how comfortable the bed was and especially the pillows were amazing. Thinking of getting the same pillows for my room now
