Location, modern, comfy bed, smart tv, secure locking system using 3 doors.
Shower although new could do with tweaking, cold gives out hot water I think. Only other thing was ventilation but this is expected.

Incredible location in the heart of restaurant and pubs. Had a little kitchen which was useful
No vehicle access to property but this wasn’t a big problem as we were within walking distance of everything

Clean and great location
Sofa bed was horrendous, even being drunk we felt it.. was also freezing cold, heating definitely not sufficient
