Very nice location a block away from Temple bar. Easy access to everything downtown. Security door to both enter and exit the building. Very spacious and comfortable for 5 people.
This is a two floor walk up with no lifts. Tight stair well especially when bring up bulky Luggage. There is no local cable tv.

Location is amazing, great for pubs restaurants supermarket
Like living in a student flat, needs a bit of tlc, some radiators not working. Quite a noisy area. Confusing instructions regarding parking.
