Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs!!
Bed was fairly comfortable, that was it. An absolutely awful experience. Avoid at all costs.
Where do I start. The radiator was duct taped over a wi-fi controller panel. This was turned on and off at the manager/owners discretion. When I called and spoke to an unbelievably rude woman, the heating was turned off! Disgraceful. There was no hot water, the shower was dangerously alternating between boiling and freezing. Very noisy, paper thin walls. Grubby. This is clearly ex-student accommodation and is shockingly bad. The customer service was non existent. This place should be closed down. I'm putting in a formal complaint.

Unacceptable conditions
Instructions to retrieve the key from a lock box hanging from a tree were clear but challenging in the dark rain. You need a flashlight and a friend to help you work the lock.
The rooms are located on the bottom floor of a very old apartment. This is not a house and no one is onsite for help. The single room is extremely tiny, dark, dingy and opens directly right into the kitchen--like a maid's room. No privacy at all.
There was no heat in the room when I arrived on a cold winter evening. I found a old taped up heater on the floor w/o instructions but it worked. Two of the lamps did not work.
There was NO hot water in the kitchen or bathroom but a water heater on the shower wall which did not work. I messaged the property to ask for help. They replied with confusing instructions for me to climb on a chair to turn on an electrical box and asked me to video tape myself pressing the button on the water heater. I spent about one hour back and forth texting them but still no hot water. How ridiculous is this?! Guests should not be dealing with these problems of old equipment. Next morning, I contacted them again to find out when someone was coming to fix the hot water. They said they had already come over and that everything was working. I was in the kitchen area until noon. No one had come. They lied. So, I was unable to have a warm shower for my two-day stay. I never heard another person take a shower while I was there either.
There is a full kitchen w/washer and dryer. However, in the early evening someone came in to wash/dry multiple loads of bedding and towels until 10 pm. My guess is he was part of the cleaning staff? Between the ongoing use of the washer and dryer and the sound of the train until midnight, I barely slept. Also, the TV does not work without your own streaming service.
There are many complaints about the lack of hot water which never gets resolved, non-working tv, lack of heat and in general run down issues of this place.

getting the keys was confusing somewhat and I still haven’t received my deposit I’ve been trying to contact the property multiple times now and at every call I get sent to voice mail and haven’t received a reply in the chat since the day of my booking

Good but expensive for what it offers for my opinion.
Location is good all sights are in walkable distance [except Anfield). I liked the mattress and the pillows as well as the kitchen facilities. All the days I stayed I had a pleasant and peaceful sleep. The heating in the room was adequate. Checking in proccess although seems complicated in the beginning was easy.
To be honest i chose this particular accommodation because another reservation I had was cancelled at the last minute by the owner, so I didn't have many options. I didn't like that checking out time is so early at 10AM and check in so late at 3PM assumming that there are only 3 rooms to be cleaned.
2 days before my arrival I received a strange message from the owner saying that if I wanted to check in at 1PM I had to pay an extra 15 pounds. Also if I wanted to check out at 12 I had to pay another 15 pounds. So the point is not that you don't have time to clean 3 rooms, but it's done for the money. This is not nice for the guests, I'm sorry.

Weekend LFC match trip
The location was a 14 minute walk from Liverpool City centre. The check in instructions were delivered via email and messaging and everything went ok. The room was clean, comfortable and quite.
There wasn't much to dislike, I was anxious about the check in process at first but it all worked out ok in the end

Quiet, clean and comfortable, but some facilities could be better.
Location very near the station. Fairly quiet, but could hear the trains. Kitchen well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Everything very clean.
There was no hot water apart from the power shower and that was a bit random. The TVs has no aerial feed, so just streaming available. The one in my room had a cracked screen.
It is a personal thing, but the decoration was not to my taste. That did not matter as I really just needed somewhere quiet to sleep.

Great location right in town and with free parking too. And really quiet. The bed was so comfortable, I had the most lovely sleep! I didn't use the kitchen facilities so can't comment on those.

Cozy and affordable!
The apartment was pretty cozy. The instructions were very clear and I was able to get recommended a place to store my luggage before/after check-in/out.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the showerhead was too low for me (though I am 193cm tall), but it got the job done.

The location was good. The process of getting in made me feel safe. Room was ideal.
The key lockbox was incredibly stiff so I had to get a friend to help me open it. Was lots of noise in the morning, not sure what it was though. Took a long time to return the deposit, and it was paid through a private website, the contact number was not helpful. Toilet leaked slightly.

Lockbox was easily found but it really hurt my thumbs and second night took me ages to get in to the house so I had to wait outside for hours......
Smell..... Funny smell, stuffy I think but my bedroom window opened so fresh air was easily available and there were bars on the outside so it was very safe.
Ok, décor..... Not a big issue as everything was clean but it reminded me of Misery by Stephen King.

I like the Vintage theme and meeting other guests from around the world was interesting.
The place was clean and tidy and the guests were courteous of each other.
I couldn't manage to find the extraction fan in the bathroom as it go a bit steamy.

One of the sharing residents brought someone back to their room at 5.00am and was throwing up in the toilet which kept us awake.
Also, when we got there we couldn't get in and was given the wrong key box code so we had to ring and get the correct code.
