Liverpool Newington Stay

Really impressed with this accommodation, clean, bedsheets and pillows smelt so fresh, really lovely little kitchen area, well stocked tea coffee, water and cold drinks.

Stayed two nights close to everything you need very clean and comfortable

Could do with air conditioning or a fan to cool the rooms the little window didn't do anything

Outside noise from the street could be heard in the room

Clean, comfy room. Good kitchen facilities. Good bathroom facilities (so long as no-one was using the one opposite at the same time). Nice location. Felt secure. WiFi was reliable.

Communication was poor prior to my arrival, and there was no phone number available, so I had to get in touch via email in order to get an access code to 'check-in'. This was not a major issue, but could have been easily avoided if I was informed of the check-in process prior to arriving. Same issue with the WiFi (no information within the property so I had to ask via email). Noise from the street was pretty bad even with the windows shut & the walls were very thin so I could hear other people snoring throughout the night. If someone was using the neighbouring bathroom while I was in the shower the water temperature would rise and drop drastically in an instant. Nearby parking was advertised as £5 per day on the booking.com website, but it was £6 per day and again I had to email to find out which local car park was the right one to use.
