Staff great. Room not cleaned though in 3 days (not sure if I should have asked). I had a room overlooking the main road and from 3am onwards it was very busy and loud outside. My friend had a rear room and said it was great.

The staff were very friendly helpful and kind! The staff at the reception desk were helpful in every way helping us to get around Liverpool and to get groceries/meals and transportation. We are truly happy that we chose PrintWorks Hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone! There’s no other place for us to stay in Liverpool going forward other than PrintWorks Hotel!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. It was a spacious and very comfortable room, with beautiful decor and modern comfort features such as air conditioning and a heated floor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpful too. I really enjoyed my stay. My only issue was the hot water wasn’t working in the shower when I tried to use it - but it was about 1pm so I’m assuming they might’ve been having work done to the boiler? Hot water was back in the evening so probably just a one-off issue. Definitely doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel - very much a 5 star stay for a very affordable price. Thank you!

Excellent location, right beside restaurants and bars on nearby bolt street Done the job. Ww were just over for a Liverpool game so ok for a flying visit. Building could do with a refurb but the room was clean. Bed mattress was uncomfortable -that was the only negative. Receptionist was friendly and upgraded our room to one with a window.

The room was nothing like the photos, it was very small. One person had to sit on the bed while the other got ready. I did phone to ask about bag drop off but when we got there it was just a cupboard with no lock and bags were not tagged. Light in room kepted flashing which we reported to front desk just after checking in but nothing was done about it, very annoying.Also loud drilling noise coming from AC every so often which woke you up. On the good side bathroom quite big and the whole place was clean. Good amenities in the room.

The room was as advertised no windows and on the ground floor, a bit smaller than expected but the bathroom was large. The room on arrival didn’t have any towels or anything but the man at reception (I arrived quite late) was very helpful and very nice. There was a strange smell in the room and it did feel quite stuffy but I slept very well and it’s in an ideal location.

Cheap and cheerful type of place. Except nobody was partucularly cheerful. It was clean enough, beds were ok. Room was very basic. Wasnt keen on the fire alarms going off at 7am for no reason. Okay for a night round the pubs with friends but yhats all!!

The “pod” room we were allocated is not what we believed we’d booked, as we booked a “double”. There was barely room for 2 people to move past each other in it. The bathroom fan didn’t turn off so was hard to sleep through it. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The one pillow we each had was thin so we had to put towels underneath. At £130+, given the photos look pretty good, we expected far better from this hotel.

A twin room at the Printworks was the cheapest that I could get on short notice… and at £107 for the night, it was hard to see the worth. I arrived into my room with a window open and the heating on trying to compensate. The furniture was scuffed and draws didn’t have handles on, sheets felt like Velcro, tv and internet had minimal signal, and pretty sure there was a pube in the bath. Perfect stay if you are just going for a night on the lash.

Stayed with a friend for night out. The room was tired broken furniture , cleanliness throughout whole hotel was very poor. Cups in room dirty, mould in bathroom. Finger marks on all glass furniture, broken draws. The mattresses had seem better days, y comfy due to springs being felt. Only one toilet roll on room which was half used. Room really cold in the morning and unable to change temperature. For the price we paid I’d expect to have comfortable clean room. Location was spot on but due to the issues we came across we would not book to stay here again. Couldn’t even get a wine at the bar due to having non.

City centre location is ideal. Was some noise from the street and local pubs but it didn’t stop us sleeping at all. Room was clean and tidy but just needed a bit of TLC. Bath and shower needed new sealant. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom. But heated floor and towel rail worked well. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. We didn’t eat or drink there so can’t rate these facilities.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the bathroom suite was dated and had marks all over it with the seals been full of mold. Beds wasn’t the comfiest but was good that we all had a single bed each as 4 of us. Nice sized rooms too. Good location. Was on second floor and no lift so had to lift our luggage up the stairs which wasn’t the best as very heavy.
