City Centre Retreat 2BR 2BA Parking Included

Location was excellent. The city centre and pier head are very walkable. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants,local points of interest and transportation. The secure parking was appreciated. Comfortable bathrooms.

The apartment needed a good clean. List of amenities in the unit needs updating. There was no coffee maker, or dryer yet it lists them as available. There wasn’t even a drying rack. Sparse supplies. For a nine day stay for four people we had a couple of teaspoons of dishwasher soap, three dishwasher tabs, no paper towels or cleaning clothes and not quite enough toilet paper. The apartment is tired and needs refreshing ie: painting and carpets. To be fair when we complained about the cleanliness and minor repairs they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
