Location, views and spacious
Main foyer smelly an uninviting. Only one lift working and carpet on 13th floor are dirty.
Beds have extremely bad broken mattresses, washing machine broken fault code 1, no teatowels, Toilet roll holder broken bathroom one.

We booked this apartment, but we were told it wasn't available on the afternoon that we were due to check in!. We were eventually told shortly before 3pm that we had to go to "Dale Street apartments". The location was very good, close to the centre of Liverpool. However, we had seen these apartments online previously and did not book it as there were many bad reviews.
Very poor communication from Sean (manager)throughout. He did not respond to my phone calls or messages on the day before and on the day of our check-in. We had no code to check in and did not know if we would get access to the apartment or have to book alternative accommodation. Eventually, he responded to a message sent by my daughter on a different mobile number. We went to Dale Street Apartments and were disappointed overall. The window in the kitchen did not open and the weather was very hot. The upstairs bedroom had no window either to open. It was extremely hot and stuffy, especially at night. We sent Sean a What's app message about getting a fan, but there was no response again. There were birds, sounded like sea gulls on the roof all night making loud noises. It was impossible to sleep.There was no tea towel in the kitchen and just 3 tea bags! The fire alarm went off around 11.30 pm. on the second night. We all went downstairs, but there was no sign of a fire, although the fire panel indicated it was on the ground floor. Sean was contacted by a guest for guidance about the alarm and turning it off, and resetting it. However, we went to bed after 40 mins and were unsure if anyone came to check the panel that night. We noticed that the lights on the alarm panel were still flashing the following morning.
