Party Central … perfect 😍

Perfect apartment for large party of people wanting a fun filled time. It was kept simple but had everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron and board etc. comfy beds , heating. My (numerous) questions beforehand were answered quickly and I had full confidence that the staff would help if we ran into difficulties- we didn’t! All instructions and directions were concise and accurate. Property is indeed in the heart of clubs and pubs and up stairs but we were advised of this. The stairs to the top were not a problem to any of our party, eldest 72 years. We all took ear plugs and just didn’t let it bother us. The advantage of being able to walk everywhere without getting taxis far outweighed any noise issues. We were there to have a great time not a relaxing break. And we certainly had that. Would definitely book again.

Ten of us really couldn’t find anything we disliked. We already knew there was only one bathroom so we worked it out amongst us re showers etc. Couches better suited to single occupants rather than two people is probably the only negative comment but we sorted it.

Cheap bedding, shower wasn’t hot, noisy until early hours re music then bin lorry’s emptying bottle bins and alarms going off outside.

Great location , friendly staff at office.

Great location saved money on taxis. Matthew street has everything you need live music, traditional bars, lively bars, restaurants and pizza shops. Rooms were all clean and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless.

This might just be me being useless. I could not get the heating to work and the hot water in shower has hit and miss.

Centrally located, good value for money apartment.

Great central location in a very vibrant city. Loved the washing machine.

Shower bit of an issue but we did work it out..maybe instructions not to to pull cord in bathroom thinking it was a fan might help! Was noisy, but good earplugs helped.

Lovely apartment, perfect location

Great location on Mathew Street. Lovely modern spacious apartment Everything we needed - bedding / towels Able to drop bags in apartment offices before check in time which was very helpful. Noisy due to location but were warned in advance - so too ear plugs. Would definitely stay again.

The location was brilliant although don't book on Mathews street if ya want peace and quiet 🤣

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy , it sagged in the middle and basically should be changed . There was no broom so we could not sweep the floor clean for the next guest also no tea towel or hot water as we found out on the last day . The water pump was noisy for those trying to sleep on the sofa bed ...

Would not stay again

We stayed for one night as a stopover before moving on to Manchester for an oasis concert .

We checked in after 7pm had a late flight from Ireland , as soon as we got in to the apartment my 28 year old son immediately booked a nearby hotel as the music coming from below us was unbelievably loud !! We knew it was on Matthew street where the busy bars are but wasn’t expecting it to be this loud on a Monday night , barley slept a wink

Went to the Cavern so the property was ideal, not far to walk at the end of the evening.

The location was fantastic as it was where we wanted to be. We did not have breakfast

The only thing we did not like were the amount of stairs; however we did know about them. We would try for a lower floor next time went to the Cavern

The location was very central and inside the apt it was very clean

The communal staircase was very tatty and smelt of urine . The flat was however very clean. It is noisy and all the reviews did say this so we can’t complain

Great modern place in the heart of Liverpool

The staff in the office round the corner are friendly and helpful, and you can leave your bag until check in time. The place itself was clean and modern, had everything you need in an apartment e.g cooking facilities and a fridge/freezer. Can't fault any of it. Collected keys from a lock box outside the place for self check in and out.

5 different apartments, and although I knew which apartment we were staying in - finding accurate pictures was impossible. They are all mixed together and even on their website the pictures are outdated.

Hen party

Where it was situated aa it's central to everything. The rooms are all modern clean and spacious. You can still hear the music till about 4 but hey ho your on a night out. A couple of flights of stairs but worth it

Incredible central.location if you party til 3am

Fantastic staff at all stages of booking. Incredible price and location for nughtlife .... possibly too good a location, it was like sleeping, or trying to sleep, in the bars themselves.

The apartment definitely needs sound proofing...... we were a really social nightlife crowd.... but it was like trying to slleep in the bars themselves until 4am.

don't use the sofa beds

it was very near to where we going out a bit noisy but we knew that before we booked so it wasn't really a problem .

the sofa settees were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and they need replacing or the owner needs to sleep on them just to show how bad they actually are. it was like sleeping across metal bars! I was extremely disappointed and these sofa beds were meant for 2 people really feel I should get some money back.

Nice clean apartment, great location

The apartment was in a great location for us, and it had everything there that we needed. It was very clean, and the beds were comfy. It was a really simple check-in procedure, and we got sent the codes to access our apartment loads earlier than we were expecting, so we were chuffed about that.

I would've like to have been able to open the window a little as it was a warm day. Also, this isn't really a dislike as I booked this fully aware that it was in a noisy area, but for the purpose of making other guests aware you can hear the music from the bars below until the early hours. It didn't really bother us though, nothing some earplugs doesn't sort

Do not stay hear if you want some sleep

The noise it was unbearable it sounded like we had a full band in the bedroom until 3.45 am when we finally got to sleep the glass bins were empty at 6am waking us up again. No one could of slept though this noice. Triple glazing and thick curtains would of helped. I've never experienced anything like it. I emailed at 3am and sent a video complaining and the reply was hopefully it will stop soon. I have writen an official complaint and waiting on a reply. My advice is stay clear of this place.

Beds were comfy

Too hot, no fans, bit bare, didn’t feel luxurious at all felt cheap and cheerful! Hair everywhere so not well cleaned, felt I left it cleaner than I found it! Noise crazy!!

Great stay, wonderful location and the apartments were very clean and to a high standard.

Code was provided to access the front entrance door, there was a second code provided for each individual apartment from a lock box.

Lock box can be slightly tricky to open/close, but not any issues really.
