The Cavern Quarter Aparthotel by UStay

It is exactly what we expected... a large apartment that targets stag and hen do's and therefore not in the best condition. It is in a fantastic location if you want to be in the thick of it, the atmosphere around the place was amazing. It is also conveniently located for stags as it is close to pubs. We stayed in the 12 person apartment which was on the first floor which wasn't too much after a day on the beer.

The apartment isn't maintained to the highest standard, and only has one toilet. On arrival, one of the bed had clearly been broken and they just packed it underneath with quilts etc. When I made them aware, they just said they were dealing with it. However it wasn't fit for purpose and they should have fixed it straight away. One of the electrical sockets were also loose, which is agin a simple fix and should be dealt with immediately. It is also loud due to being in Mathew Street, so if you want a nice quiet place to stay, avoid this place.

No lift, no air conditioning, to be fair the booking site did tell you up straight about the lack of these

Was clean and good comfort beds and large space in the living room

Location was good as in right in the heart but the levels of noise and music were extremely loud and into the morning and when that stopped the street and pub cleaning and 1,000 bottles being emptied and smashed really impacted on sleep Also fire alarm went off a lot in the middle of the night which I assume was other apartments smoking!
