Lovely stay visiting our daughter. Excellent location with everything we needed and free secure parking

Very central and easy to find. Apartment is on the 9th floor, lift was working fine during our stay. Apartment was clean, tidy and warm. Had everything we needed. Surprisingly quiet for its central location. Can’t fault it. Excellent coffee shops and breakfast place nearby and a Tesco and Sainsbury’s just round the corner. Once we’d booked we were then concerned by other reviews but everything was fine. The building itself is tired which is beyond the flat owners control but it was ok. Car park needs to be opened from the inside not with a fob. So someone will need to access the car park from inside the building and open the shutter. Key collection and drop off at the nearby shop was easy. There are two keys and one access fob. The intercom works at the side of the building so you can let people in without a fob is you are returning separately.

The central areas are tired and just need better upkeep but I imagine that’s down to a management company

A great place to relax.

Apartment very clean, big plus for fully equipped kitchen, two rooms and two bathrooms, Very close to the city center, free parking. I recommend, I will definitely use the same hotel again.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Very clean and all the facilities you could wish for. Very easy check in instructions. Very comfy beds and very warm apartment.

We requested a parking space however we did not get the fob to allow you access. The maintenance suggested that one of our group access the main building , go down to the underground carpark then up the ramp to press the button to let us in. This was ok initially to unpack the bags but quite an inconvenience every time we wanted to drive somewhere so ended up parking elsewhere. Quite annoying considering the main reason we picked the apartment was because it had parking. Not ideal if one adult is travelling with a child. Could do with a couple of extra pillows too.

Great location. Responsive host

This was booked last minute after our original booking let us down. The host Adam, was very responsive considering it was late at night when we booked and I had questions over the weekend. The check in was easy. Keys are collected from a local convenience store which was great for a late night arrival as they are open until 2am. We were also provided with a video of how to check in and park. It was great the property came with underground secure parking included. The location was great. Close to trains stations and all the sights for walking. The flat had everything you needed for self catering.

The only issue was the lifts were broken. This was not too much of a problem for us but would be for people with limited mobility as the property is on the 9th floor.

Excellent City Exploring Base

Beautiful apartment with convenient parking and great location for exploring Liverpool. Bathrooms were amazing, both bedrooms had tonnes of space and view was superb.

The only thing that wasn't to our liking was the TV was hanging off the wall, which made me nervous with my toddler toddling around.

Great accommodation in a great location

Location was great, beds were comfy, 2 bathrooms really good, heaters kept us toasty, parking space handy and the views were great. Lots of utensils and kitchen ware

Parking space tight to get into and creepy at night, people kept leaving the shutter door open, making access to the building easy to all Rubbish in the communal areas, no staff anywhere not that we needed anything No toaster, so used the grill but the oven door shuts on you making it dangerous and the top metal panel on the door falls off No baking trays The key collection was a nightmare to get back to as all roads seemed to be no entry or blocked off, so took us about 30mins to find the shop, tho I was told the normal store having a refit so only temporary arrangement

Great apartment, Central to all things Liverpool !

Great location, easy to pick up and return the key, everything was as expected. Good value for money in the heart of the city very comfortable there we think that you might need. We didn’t prepare any food other than to make tea and coffee, but there was plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans, et cetera.

The only thing missing my bedside tables.

Cleanliness and location. Comfortable for family!

No water at the building when we arrived at around 6pm but owner was very helpful. Even offering to change apts. But we waited and rested first before water supply came around 9pm. Not too bad!

Location is fine, but when collecting the key it is a bit challenge esp you are travelling with a car - that means you have to find a place to park and then walk to the shop to get the key.

Our family loves The Beatles, and this property is the perfect location - just walking distance going to the Cavern Club, Albert Dock Museum, & Beatles Story Museum. Original booking was with Dream Apartments for the same building, and when i called them the morning of, they wanted to charge me an extortionate £20 😱😱 an hour for every hour of early check in, never mind the recent cost of living hike. They were not going to be flexible with this despite having attempted to arrange this prior to travelling, and explaining that I had young children. . I rang SideMersey Livings , (SAME SILKHOUSE COURT appartnent) Adam was brilliant whom I spoke to on the phone. I explained that i had small children and he was able to arrange early check in for me at no cost, rooms were very clean, absolutely amazing. The apartments is more generous in size than anticipated. Great customer service goes a long way, cheers Adam at SideMersey Livings.

They could do with a few more larger pots and pans to accomodate families who prefer to cook.

Apartment was more than adequate for our needs and I would stay again.

Location excellent for easy walk into main shopping areas. Nice clean apartment with good views and very quiet.

Better if keys could be picked up at reception . Easy to get lost in car trying to get back to street if you miss your turning.
