Great place in the heart of Liverpoool

The best of all was the location. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and cosy. We had everything we needed.

Some parts in the bathroom were broken. The flush in the toilet didn't work (on the 2nd floor)

Building was dirty (there were pieces of toilet paper on the stairs), beds were not properly made (looked as someone had slept on them the night before), bed linen looked dirty, kitchen appliances (pots, pans, dishes had not been properly washed).

location excellent and having stayed in this area of Liverpool before I was expecting street noise but there wasn’t any. flat has all the amenities needed and is a great size

Pleasant

Great location and easy to find

One of the bathrooms was out of order on the top floor. This made the apartment smell unpleasant for the length of our stay. The host did try to get this fixed but was not able to do so, this resulted in a late check in as the plumber was there. All the windows were left open to help with the smell however this just resulted in the apartment been freezing cold on arrival. The main bathroom tiles were lose around the shower area.

Overall nice apartment, clean, and a great location.

The sofa bed in the lounge area was not very comfortable and the bed linen provided to cover the mattress was too small and therefore the bed could not be dressed properly. I would say that this apartment should be advertised as a four bed not five. There is also a strong smell coming from the drains which the owner has placed in various areas, plug ins to disguise to he odour.
