Another amazing stay

We have visited this apartment on numerous occasions and have always had an excellent stay. The location is perfect for visiting the docks & a short walk to the shopping centres. The views over the docks & Liver Building are spectacular, The apartment is spotlessly clean when we arrive & the beds are extremely comfortable.

There is nothing about these apartments that we do not like, that's why we return every year! :)

Excellent Accommodation

Visited with my two sisters and my brother, the accommodation was lovely and big and very clean. The views were exceptional and the location was great, we usually visit Liverpool twice a year to visit relatives and we will definitely book again, would definitely recommend it.

Excellent for city break.

Excellent location. We came for the LFC - Real Madrid game with Crown Plaza Hospitality Package. Tha apartment si 10 m away from the hotel. The view is superb.

Liverpool is a beautiful city and flat is such a great location with the bonus of having parking on doorstep

The property could do with a little tlc Door catch to Keep doors open did not work - my husband has walking issues so we used chairs to keep bedroom /living room open Double bedroom main light fitting broken Crab rail on main bathroom bath broken Shower doors require to be tightened up Shower heads urgently require a clean Couch cover stitching is coming away

Great location amazing views.

Great two bedroom apartment on the 10th floor with lots of space. we were in the city for the Liverpool title parade, we had great views from our apartment of the strand and Albert dock.The location is excellent walking distance to Albert dock, Liverpool one and Matthew Street.The apartment had everything you need and more.We visit Liverpool quite a lot so we we I'll definitely return.

Trying to access our room after check in, couldn't find the code in the portal. I think it was John that helped us out so this was sorted quick enough, also the building should have the name of the apartments above the door as we weren't sure if we were in the right building.

OK, nice views of Liver building and river.

The apartment had good views of the city, small view of the Mersey from the lounge area, good river views from the 2 bedrooms. Good facilities in the kitchen and a welcome pint of milk for those first drinks.

Communications could have been clearer and quicker, you shouldn't have to wait until the day before to be given parking information, or receive the door codes on the morning - especially as previous reviewers have commented about getting info after their check in time. There were no instructions for the heating, even when we tried to youtube the system - had to call John after giving up ourselves in the cold - he did sort it fairly quickly, but there should be instructions in the apartment. Toilet seat needs attention as not secure in en suite also in main bathroom the shower doors dont meet properly and doesn't drain away.

Wonderful visit to a magical city.

The location of this apartment was perfect. The view from the balcony made our trip feel very special. Right in the heart of everything and able to observe all the comings and goings below. It had lots of lovely luxurious touches we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Aircon was delicious.

No disabled parking in the area was not ideal. Parking in General was difficult. Nothing else, apartment was BOSS :)

The property and views are lovely. Everything we needed and would recommend. We had a problem with the heating but John who owns the property was very easy to get hold of with any queries we had and helped with the issue.

If you are disabled you need to check the parking situation. There is only one spot available outside and the other apartment they have already had it. There is parking next door available at £19.50 for 24 hours. Also the building had no signs/information for evacuation other than by using the stairway. My husband could not see an evac chair or similar for a disabled person like myself who would be unable to use the stairs.

I would definitely recommend, but the plumbing needs attention.

Perfect location, amazing views, friendly, helpful host. Excellent tea and coffee, even milk and biscuits provided, good beds, comfortable rooms. Air conditioning!

Hot water! No hot water for at least two days, but we were too busy to make a fuss. Also toilets needed better water pressure. The wifi signal is sometimes slow, but that might be the neighbourhood rather than the provider.

1st off the location of the apartment was spot on a short walk away from shops, restaurants and the Docks. Very spacious and well-appointed apartment; immaculately clean with comfortable beds. Unbelievably quiet at night and the views from the apartment were great.
