Host & Stay - The Seel Street Townhouse

Entrance to the property was via a keypad, then the keys for the apartment was in a lockbox so no need to wait for someone to greet you. The apartment was spacious with great facilities. It's located in a extremely busy and lively area of the city with a multitude of bars, clubs and places to eat on your doorstep. Everywhere within the centre of Liverpool is in walking distance so we had no need to get public transport.

The quality of the pull out sofa beds weren't the best, they definitely could do with replacing the mattresses. The corner sofa bed is difficult to pull out as previous guests have forced the bed out so is slightly damaged on the frame, it was still usable but the thin mattresses are not the comfiest. Although the surroundings pubs, bars and clubs are easily accessible there is constant noise until around 5 - 6am in the morning, we were aware of this before we arrived. The apartment has sash windows that aren't double glazed so don't shut out the noise.

Excellent communication with host. Walking distance to everything. Everything we needed in the apartment. So spacious.

It was very noisy didnt affect me at all but my son struggled to sleep at night.

Great property, clean, easy to access, spacious.

Very noisy the property is next to a bar which plays loud music from the afternoon until about 2/3 am which is very loud.
