Great house in a lovely location and excellent communication from host and stay

The use of a door code rather than keys was brilliant it allowed for easy access into the property. The property was clean and tidy and a great space to relax in with a small patio out the back.

There could have been some more toilet roll left out if we're being very picky and the bathrooms were all very small.

Enjoyable stat but for the price would have expected a bit more.

Location was great and the amount of bedrooms.

En-suites were so small they were nearly pointless and the patio area needs some TLC. Foot high weeds with an old bench wasnt a great combo.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location

Liked: Loved the location. Very clean. Huge rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great location for using city Express bus tours Not so good: not enough toiletries for amount of people. Code for key was wrong so we had to phone the number. Given the correct code but there was no key so had to phone again. The £25 non-refundable breakage fee … should be refundable if no breakages. Recommendations: could use a chain at back door for more security. Could use an information book with wifi code, local tourist info, how to work appliances etc.

Great location, walking distance to all.

Great location, lovely decor and space. Great value for money.

Windows are single glaze and it’s really loud felt like people were stood talking/shouting in our rooms. The Saturday night hardly any of us slept as so noisy outside, not sure if it’s a student area but so many people making noise in the early hours and vehicles. Also cleanliness was generally really good but we found a vape under the sofa and a lighter wrapped up in one of the blankets.

Some good points, and some not so good!

The property offered good value, an excellent location, and was clean and warm. We appreciated the comprehensive information provided about the surrounding area.

Several issues impacted our stay: The broken downstairs communal toilet seat, reported immediately, remained unrepaired throughout our stay despite promises to fix it. Essential supplies were inadequate: only 5 forks, 3 toilet rolls, 2 dishwasher tablets, and no tea towel. While additional forks arrived late Sunday evening, this meant we couldn't properly use the kitchen during our stay. The property listing should clearly highlight: The bathroom arrangement (1 shared bathroom/shower for up to 16 people, plus 2 en-suites) The £60 damage fee in the initial pricing information While these issues were manageable for our group of 8, they would significantly impact larger groups up to the advertised capacity of 18/20 guests.

Modern house with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

The house was modern, stylish and had everything we needed for a few days away. Rooms were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We loved everything. The only thing we would have preferred is if there were a couple more chairs in the living room, but that is just something material!

Fabulous city centre property, perfect location for Liverpool

The decor and colour scheme is amazing, really lovely property perfect for a girlie weekend :) location is excellent and on a one way/quiet street

Everything was brilliant but we could have done with a few more toilet rolls provided and cleaning products e.g cloths & tea towels but on the whole we managed with what was provided
