About this apartment rental
Guest access
The flat sleeps four in the two bedrooms, on a king size and a small double respectively. A fifth person can sleep comfortably on the large sofa in the sitting room if need be (between an extra long single and small double, with seats extended - there is lots of extra bedding).
The main bedroom, with king-size bed, has plenty of storage for clothes and belongings, and lots of books. You can sit comfortably and relax inside, or outside on the little private patio. It's a great space to do yoga (mat and strap provided). If you want to work in the bedroom, there is a classic desk. The second bedroom, with small double bed, has plenty of storage space, a long working table and an ensuite toilet with a small sink.
The shared bathroom is next to the main bedroom, it has a shower and a bath and essentials (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, candles, etc).
In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook and stocks of teas, coffee and dairy/non-dairy milk. In the sitting-dining area, the table sits 8-10 people with ease. Eat, relax, listen to music on the excellent loudspeakers (mini-jack connection for smart phone, iPad or laptop). In the sitting room, the original fireplace is working and gives out great heat; there is a modest flat-screen TV, various board games, a good working set-up at the far end with generous table, and an upright piano.
The flat is on the lower ground floor, entry via a set of stone steps (with sensor lighting at night-time), into a large hall with lots of space for coats, shoes and extra baggage – you're welcome to make use of the pull-up grips and climbers finger-board, if you want a work-out. The original Welsh flagstones run throughout the hall, kitchen-dining room and main bedroom.
