The property ticked all the boxes for what we wanted on our short stay in Liverpool.
The heating was on when we got to the property which was great after a long journey. The size of the property with 4 rooms was fantastic as was its locality to Sefton Park and Lark Lane.
The shower room was a little tired.

Great location, good bedrooms but let down by kitchen/dining room.
Location - close to Lark Lane, Sefton Park, bus and train, supermarket The area was quiet and seemed safe. Two full bathrooms - good for a larger group. Good quality duvets, covers and sheets. Plenty of towels In general very clean - even with a few cobwebs here and there. Games
Dining table too small and not enough chairs Missing or broken kitchen equipment Squinty loo seat In a property this size you would expect a dishwasher

We had a lovely stay!
Excellent location and a very comfortable stay. Despite a few hiccups, we would definitely stay here again.
We had an issue with the TV - we resolved this but a welcome booklet explaining how to use the various facilities would have been. Better cooking/catering equipment would have been helpful - e.g. we were 7 people but there were only three forks! The washing machine didn't work and one of the toilet seats was broken.

I would have liked a manual with local restaurants and things to do. Also, having some shower gel in the bathroom would have been nice.

Absent customer service over a simple left item issue. Get your customer service right.
We left an expensive item and realised within 40mins of check-out. No help or response has been shared to help return the item, we’ve been completely ignored. I’m not commenting on the property until there is a response.
