Large property with each room having its own en-suite. We were all able to eat our meals together in the large dining room. The hot tub was fantastic

Spacious and clean. Hot tub very good and beds comfortable. Very good location.
We understand we were the first booking since the new year and we don’t believe the house had been heated prior to our visit and was extremely cold. There was subsequently a fault with the heating which was quickly rectified by the host.
There was only 1 pillow per person on the beds and we felt additional pillows should be available. The shower in bedroom 3 is very poor.
There were 12 in our party but unfortunately the dining table and kitchen table/breakfast bar will only accommodate 10 people.

We were having a reunion long weekend and it was lovely that we could all have our own en-suite rooms in this lovely home.
Also the location was good for everything we wanted to do…(lots of tourist activities in Liverpool plus visit the Anthony Gormely sculptures on Crosby Beach)…without being too busy or noisy.
Carolina, who was our contact, was brilliant, very friendly and efficient.

Plenty of space, very clean, fantastic facilities, overhaul very happy. The location of the property was good and plenty of parking.
