Spacious and clean. Hot tub very good and beds comfortable. Very good location.

We understand we were the first booking since the new year and we don’t believe the house had been heated prior to our visit and was extremely cold. There was subsequently a fault with the heating which was quickly rectified by the host. There was only 1 pillow per person on the beds and we felt additional pillows should be available. The shower in bedroom 3 is very poor. There were 12 in our party but unfortunately the dining table and kitchen table/breakfast bar will only accommodate 10 people.

Perfect home for a lovely reunion, all with en-suite rooms

We were having a reunion long weekend and it was lovely that we could all have our own en-suite rooms in this lovely home. Also the location was good for everything we wanted to do…(lots of tourist activities in Liverpool plus visit the Anthony Gormely sculptures on Crosby Beach)…without being too busy or noisy. Carolina, who was our contact, was brilliant, very friendly and efficient.

Great place to stay. Easy access to Liverpool via taxi. Each room had an en-suite. Lots of space in the rooms.

Downstairs cinema room seemed very cold. We just shut the door and didn’t go back in there!

A brilliant weekend in Liverpool for our group of 7 women in our 70s

The house is in a quiet leafy area of Liverpool and overlooks a large area of parkland, perfect for a walk after a long journey. It’s only a short taxi ride to the city centre. - about 10 minutes. All bedrooms have en-suites. Sitting room seated all 7 of us comfortably, as did the dining room. Well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the cinema room or hot tub but these are great additions for younger groups & longer stays.

We liked all of it. The only thing that could be a bit tricky was when all 7 of us were in the kitchen at the same time but there were enough seats for 7.

Perfect accommodation, excellent location and very helpful hosts

The accommodation was perfect for our group. The location was ideal as we were headed to a wedding out of town yet could get to town easily on the buses. Parking on the street or in the drive was easy. The hosts were really helpful and responded quickly to any queries. They made up all the rooms even though there were only 7 of us. This was so helpful. The hot tub was lovely and in an outhouse so we could use it without disturbing others.

Perfect house for a girls weekend in Liverpool

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 girls, having our own ensuites was amazing and the amount of social areas was fantastic!

The only thing we'd say is the curtains in the bedrooms could do with being thicker as all rooms were very light very early which made having a lie in impossible (very small thing, just a niggle as we're all mums and were hoping for some nice lie ins 😅)

Great house for large group holiday

Clean and well looked after. Fully equipped kitchen Large dining room with everything that you need for 12 to eat comfortably. Comfortable bedrooms Large lounge. Courtyard would be great for summer.

Cinema room wasn’t great - basement room - felt a bit cold and unwelcoming.

Absolutely perfect

Stunning property, fully equipped with everything we needed. Fantastic hosts, nothing too much trouble, great communication. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be booking for our next visit to Liverpool.

Excellent stay!

I visited with a group of friends for the weekend. The hosts were fantastic and excellent communicators. Within the house, each room had an en-suite which gave us our own individual space. It was also only 15 minutes into the city.

Huge house!

Lovely big house with huge rooms. Bedrooms all ensuite with tvs. Didn't use cinema room as it was in basement & too cold. Kitchen was very well kitted out & hot tub was fabulous 👌

No hooks anywhere to hang coats or wet towels. Some rooms could do with a little tlc re paint work etc

Das perfekte Liverpool Wochenende

Traumhafte Unterkunft in einer öffentlich sehr gut erreichbaren Gegend. Dazu noch der Park gegenüber. Größe und Sauberkeit aller (!) Zimmer war super. Die ruhige Lage und der hervorragende Support der Gastgeber war noch das Icing on the cake:
